Cons:

el personal no se preocupa por hablar otro idioma ej ESPAÑOL, aunque sepa hablar algo no les importa, y están en un Hotel Internacional! NO son todos, en general los de recepción.
con lo que cobran que cobren estacionamiento, que es al aire libre

Pros:

Hotel bonito, confortável e super bem localizado! Café da manhã excelente, e ótimo também as crianças, pois tem uma área de recreação boa. Bom custo-benefício, e ótimo atendimento.

Endereço ótimo, perto do centro. E infraestrutura relativamente completa.

Cons:

Torre longe da infra, os colaboradores esqueceram de oferecer um roupão, tivemos que fazer várias voltas pra conseguir. Sauna úmida estragada. Roupão furado. Pouco sabonete, enfim, faltou cuidado com os clientes, refinamento no atendimento.

Razoável, mas indo de novo a Gramado escolheria outra opção.
Pros:

Da localização que é muito boa, perto da borges de medeiros.
O quarto bom também

Cons:

Achei ruim descobrir que custava 50 reais de manobrista na chegada para uma pessoa pegar o carro e estacionar a 20 metros de onde eu estava. É uma sensação ruim se sentir enganado.
E o quarto ficava em um anexo, longe do prédio principal.

Uma boa experiência com criança mas é preciso começar a reformar os quartos mais antigos.
Pros:

O café da manhã era bom. A localização dele é ótima tbm, fizemos tudo a pé.
O que mais gostamos foi a parte kids. O lugar era muito legal, tinha uma sala de jogos, uma salinha menor para as crianças, uma cozinha bem equipada. Participamos de uma atividade de fogueira com mashmallow que foi muito legal. Foi o que mais gostamos da nossa estadia. Se você tem criança, estara muito bem atendido nessa parte.

Cons:

Algumas coisas nos incomodaram. A primeira acredito que seja na chegada. Ninguém nos auxiliou para retirar as malas do carro ou ao menos perguntou se precisávamos de auxilio. Geralmente o pessoal é bem solicito em outros hotéis, nem percisamos pedir. Aqui acho que faltou um pouco nesse aspecto.
O qualto que ficamos era bem antigo e creio que fazia muito tempo que não era usado. Um cheiro bem forte de madeira, de pó, poeira. Como temos alergia, o primeiro dia foi bem complicado. Também tinha muito pó embaixo dos móveis (movel da TV, mesa). Nas fotos que vi que achei que era outro quarto.
