at arrival i was asked to pay 500 baht as security for possible damages
no damages were incurred but they said they had no record

Pros:

I booked the Versace apartment and it was a super decision! The size of the apartment, the quality of the furnishings, two balconies, amazing bed, two aircon units, storage space, fabulous size spa and super hot water. The pool area was excellent, gym old skool and equipment adaptable. Breakfast included!!!Location suited me, 10min walk to beach. Staff kept the room spotless.

Cons:

It took me a little bit to figure out how the taps worked in the bathroom, not uncommon for a new country. The light switches were confusing, soooo many which wasn't really a problem and the reception on the tv was hit and miss each day. No real issues of course.

Pros:

Die Lage ist gut um die Soi Buakhao und die Partymeile zu erreichen.

Cons:

Um zu duschen musste man sich entscheiden zwischen heiss und kalt, da die Temperatur ständig schwankte. Ein mittel war nicht einstelltbar. Das Zimmer ist Renovierungsbedürftig. Überall bröckelte es ein wenig und im Badezimmer war zwischenden Fliesen kaum noch Mörtel vorhanden. Die Standardzimmer sind in einem eigenen Haus. Um zum Pool zu kommen muss erst eine Strasse überquert werden.

Friendly and helpful staff but staff toilets and a update needed
Pros:

The suite was spacious and clean but a little dated. Services were very good and staff friendly and attentive.

Cons:

Breakfast had ants crawling and after showing the staff several times I gave up. The view from my room was the staff accommodation and on a night they used the grass area outside my room as a toilet! Multiple times I had to turn away as they came out and dropped their pants to use it!

Comfortable in a good spot .
Pros:

The rooms in this LK where large n spacious as most LKs I have stayed in over the years but the bathroom in this room was very small and tight .The Rooms are clean and maid service very good , this room was large and had a little area where you could self cater if you wanted to with a Microwave and kettle .

Cons:

Like most of the LKs now they need a major re vamp as they are well bye their sell by dates , as most of the furniture and everything in this and the two other LKs I've stayed in this year are needing replaced and a good lick of paint all over . I have been staying in LKs in Pattaya for 20yrs and nothing has changed in all that time , 20yrs ago they where luxurious but now they are anything but I am afraid , but for the money you pay now there are more modern hotels in the same price range around the same area for sure . But I will say the LKs rooms do tend to be bigger than most but again very outdated fittings and fixtures etc but very comfortable beds as usual . All in all the LKs are just border line on price Vs comfort and need to spend money on their hotels . Would I return once more ? just borderline Yes but only for the location and certainly not to their Royal Wing or their Royal Mansions hotels close bye that I stayed in earlier in the year as that was very run down . Good Luck
