Lovely room for our family.
Pros:

All good. Great location for the beach and handy for the Euroshuttle. Lovely room, great space for our family - huge double bed and two good sized singles for our teen boys - and we appreciated the tea & toiletries, thank you.

Cons:

Bathroom was tired but still functional. Also, not sure whether to laugh or be disappointed by one of the bar goers taking a leak in the parking space we then discovered was the one we had booked to park in - not the hotel's fault there I suppose though.

L'emplacement est super pour profiter de la plage et sympa de pouvoir manger un bout sur place

Du fait de la canicule, nous avons souffert de la dans la chambre en arrivant :une seule fenêtre pouvait s'ouvrir
Les sanitaires sont vétustes :chasse d'eau et robinets mériteraient une remise en état 3rd

Horrible!!!
Pros:

Nothing!! Manager would not honour the paid for booking of 2 rooms and said we would have to share a room. Completely unacceptable behaviour.

Cons:

See above. Also the dinner menu which was quite short we were told we could only chose items that did not contain meat or fish so we went out to another hotel across the road.

As you would expect
Pros:

Great location, on the promenade, right next to Leas Cliff hall, on a leafy street

Cons:

The usual troubles you'd find with such buildings. No air conditioning which I guess is fine most of the time except peak summer. Shower ran cold once, but otherwise ok. Can get noisy downstairs late into the evening, especially if you leave to leave the window open (no air conditioning, remember)

Nice location, but very disappointing. We felt that we were a bit of an inconvenience.
Pros:

The room was large and comfortable and it had good facilities. There was plenty of cupboards space, though we only stayed for one night.

Cons:

It was difficult to open and close the windows as they were so high and extremely stiff. We booked to park our car securely, for which we paid £8.00, but it was still virtually on the road opposite the public parking and with no security at all. We were also charged £10.00 for our small dog, which seems quite high; perhaps people should be charged by the size of their dog. Ours is a small Norfolk Terrier. Finally, on the morning that we were due to leave, we could not have a shower as there was no hot water. I the end, we just had to have a strip wash with cold to lukewarm water. It doesn't seem very good when we paid £95.28 for the night!

very convient location on the cliff,The staff were very helpful and friendly ,the room was clean .
It's a very old building the needs some TLC but it wouldn't be so affordable if renovated to top speck!

Die schöne Lage und Nähe zum Eurotunnel.

Cons:

Es waren alle kostenlosen (angegebenen) Parkplätze belegt und wenn dann auch nur von 6PM-8AM kostenlos.

Hotel frontage looking abit tired, could hear every footfall from the guests upstairs. Limited parking in front of hotel.
