Room was great, very comfortable, good shower. Convenient location, lovely friendly staff.
Only a few little niggles - room in the roof space so no window, key difficult to turn to lock the door. The name on the sign board was different when I arrived so was a little confused (The Plas). Was also a little confused about how breakfast was served. No cereal, toast yoghurt etc, for self serve - these had to be ordered. Not come across this at any other hotel I've stayed at.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hotel Plas Hyfryd, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location just off the top of the high street, so handy for all the local amenities.
The room was a good size and spotlessly clean, and the included breakfast was first class.
This was our first stay here but we are looking forward to staying again in November.

Struttura sprovvista dei più elementari prodotti da bagno: niente shampoo, niente bagnoschiuma. Ho pensato inizialmente a una dimenticanza e l'ho segnalato in reception, dove mi hanno detto che era strano e che avrebbero provveduto immediatamente. Dopo due ore di attesa, senza che fosse arrivato nulla, sono dovuta tornare di persona a chiedere spiegazioni, non potendo nemmeno farmi una doccia. Solo a quel punto mi è stato comunicato che la struttura ha scelto di non fornire più questi prodotti ai clienti.
Trovo quantomeno scorretto che una cosa del genere non venga specificata chiaramente nell'annuncio: chi prenota una stanza d'albergo lo fa anche per non doversi portare dietro tutto da casa, e scoprire sul posto — dopo ore di attesa e rassicurazioni non mantenute — di non avere nemmeno il necessario per lavarsi è a dir poco frustrante. Un semplice avviso in fase di prenotazione avrebbe evitato tutto questo.
Blue badge parking right outside the door. I had the accessible room which was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. It's a very nice looking hotel and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Very well situated for the town centre and shopping and dining areas - but just far enough not to be in the thick of it! A nice selection of hot breakfast options and very good quality.
I left my trousers behind which they were happy to post back quickly just a small fee for postage.
For someone with obvious mobility issues, the accessible room was difficult to get to, no help offered in getting into the room. Also was quite noisy as next to the kitchen serving area I think! On the website it says I could have room service but it wasn't available, so I opted in for breakfast in the dining room. It was busy and they are clearly understaffed and I received things in random order, like the toast received well after the breakfast which was not even any shade of brown and I had already eaten my breakfast. The waitress took my order without writing down so there were things on my plate I didn't want - however the standard of the food was excellent - it was a shame they were so busy. The management could arrange help yourself hot drinks stations, condiments and cereal and toasting station that could allow the waiting on staff to concentrate on serving the hot food which would resolve the issue a great deal - they looked super stressed and I could see they were multitasking between serving and being on reception.

Arrived to discover restaurant was closed due to a 21st party, plus music was so loud couldn't get to sleep till 1am. We had booked 6 weeks in advance and should have been told

Shower was excellent - instantly hot and high pressure which is incredibly rare in Britain.
Breakfast can be a bit chaotic - everything is to order rather than a buffet for simpler items (eg cereal, pastries) and easy for mistakes to be made and service can vary by staff member on duty.
Room surprisingly warm despite not being that warm out.

The staff were amazing. The food was amazing. The location was amazing. Lots of options of food and little cute shops. Will definitely go back.
The third bed in the room was quite uncomfortable.

It would have been much better to have some net curtains ( room 5 ) .The window is lovely but low if you're changing you have to go in the bathroom or blind down and put lights on
Hotel location excellent for town centre and nearby locations of interest. Having a railway station possibly a selling point although a long walk to reach it.
