Great friendly staff, particularly the lady on the front desk who gave us lots of useful information for our stay

Zeer teleurstellend en slechte service

De service was slecht. Zeer ongeïnteresseerde man achter de balie die niet bereid was om te helpen.
Het uitklapbed was ondermaats en slecht, zeker geen aanrader als je hier met 4 personen wilt blijven.
Het uitklapbed was niet opgemaakt en vies. De optie die wij kregen was een te klein matje op het matras. Dit matje was ranzig en zag er zeker niet uitnodigend uit. Wij moesten uiteindelijk een extra kamer boeken.
