A hotel offering us a very welcome relief after a long, wet and muddy cycle.
Pros:

Great location. Fantastic staff who were totally relaxed when 8 filthy and wet cyclists arrived with their bikes at the check in desk. They could not have been more helpful. Rooms were huge suites and the laundry facilities were exceptional and just what everyone needed at the time.

Cons:

No real complaints about the property, however it is a big hotel accommodating a large amount of people, so breakfast in the fairly small dining area was extremely busy and a bit of a free for all.

Hotel was good, but many of the staff need training in customer service.
Pros:

Great location, good size rooms, which were clean and well presented.

Cons:

Breakfast was poor, limited choice and limited time.
On check-in, a holding deposit was taken twice and despite informing the hotel, I’m still waiting for the repeat deposit to be returned.

Highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Tasty and whole breakfast, Clean and wide room, Perfect location: close to everything and walking distance.

Cons:

Wi-fi was a bit iffy, but not a deal breaker.

Pros:

Great location on the waterfront. Spacious room with view of harbour

Cons:

Not good for gluten free breakfast. Not a great choice. No kettle in room. Kitchen with no utensils in it. No cups or plates

The breakfast room is very impressive. It is spacious, comfortable, and provides a great selection of breakfast choices. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would highly recommend it to others.

צוות נחמד. מלון שקט ומאד נעים. נוף יפה מהחדרים. חדרים גדולים ןמרווחים. מקלחת טובה. כריות טובות . המיטה הייתה נוחה לאישי וילדתי . לי פחות נוחה. יש חדר כביסה לשירות האורחים.. כדאי להביא אבקת כביסה משלכם. במלון מוכרים במחיר גבוה.. קרוב לרחוב ראשי עם הרבה מסעדות.
אני הייתי מרוצה מארוחת הבוקר. אישי וילדתי פחות. בכלל בקנדה לא לצפות לארוחות בוקר כמו בארץ .
בסך הכול היינו מרוצים ואנחנו ממליצים בחום.

אי אפשר להחשיך לחלוטין את החדר. אור בוקע מהצדדים.
יש חנייה אבל מאד יקרה.
מצאנו ליכלוך בכל מיני פינות פחות גלויים לעין.
