Great location. Gorgeous harbour view. Big room. Pool

Felt old fashioned despite refurb. Felt cold and soulless. Felt like a missed opportunity with pool area feeling a little basic and public spaces not maximised. Breakfast choices were underwhelming.

Perfekte Lage, tolles Zimmer
Pros:

Lage wirklich sehr schön am Wasser. Zimmer mit Schlafsofa und großem Bett für 4 für einen kurzen Aufenthalt super ausreichend. Frühstück war auch völlig in Ordnung.

La vue sur le lac, l'accueil et le personnel. La cuisine bien équipée. Petit déjeuner correct mais mal organisé.

Le parking très cher (45$CAD), le canapé lit n'est pas du tout confortable, les ressorts dans le dos.

Großartige Lage am St. Lorenz-Strom, grandiose Aussicht. Nur ein paar Minuten Fussmarsch ins malerische Stadtzentrum oder auch zum (sehr steinigen) Stadtstrand. Der Service war super, das Zimmer für eine 4-köpfige Familie ordentlich groß, das Doppelbett sehr bequem, das Schlafsofa (wie in eigtl. allen Hotels, auch den Nobelketten, nach unserer Erfahrung) mit durchgelegener/ unbequemer Matratze. Das Frühstück war wirklich gut, aber was die Vielfalt anbelangt, auch nicht außergewöhnlich, aber das war auch (s. Schlafsofa) in anderen 4-Sterne-Hotels Kanadas nicht anders. Alles in allem waren wir dennoch sehr zufrieden!

Good location but pricey.
Pros:

Great location and staff were friendly. The room was comfortable .

Cons:

The pool was small and didn’t look that inviting. The parking charge was high and unexpected. Although the hotel was nice, I didn’t feel it was good value for money compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at.

Gute Lage.

Cons:

Das Sofabett war eine Frecheit! Im Schlafzimmer blitzte der Rauchmelder all 30 Sekunden direkt in die Augen. Ausstattung uralt. Frühstücksqualität und Frühstücksraum unterirdisch!

Pros:

Great location for access to tourist sights, bars and restaurants. Apartment was a good size and it was good to have 2 bathrooms. Comfy beds! Breakfast selection was adequate, good mix of hot and cold food. Sometimes a little busy, but other seating options available outside of dining area (including outside). Complimentary tea and coffee available throughout the day.
