Beautiful
Pros:

Clean and cosy room, Comfortable bed, helpful staff. The manager went out of her way to make our stay stress-free.

We were on the 11 th floor,it was like being in a wind tunnel, whistling all night, we stayed 2 nights and we left more tired than when we arrived, the first morning the fire alarm went off before 6, and then builders started working by 7, we were very disappointed, we have stayed before and enjoyed it and recommended it to our friends, but this time our supposed relaxing break was anything but

Location. Was not in Piccadilly despite claiming it was in the name.

The breakfast was appalling. A total free for all and nothing cooked on site. Scrambled eggs come pre-cooked which is rank. Despite website saying they do fried eggs - they refused bcos nothing is cooked on site.

Breakfast was poor quality and a rip off.

Excellent except unprofessional behaviour from a member of staff.
Pros:

1. It caters for all . It had microwave. I needed that to warm food for my son.
2. It had a small kitchen with all necessary equipment so that if needed can be cooked like renting a private apartment as well. It is all in one.
3. Breakfast was excellent. Although items were limited but we were provided vegetable sausage on request. Services by staff was so great that we did not feel any lacking.
4. There was facilities to take breakfast to room if one cannot come. It was simply great. The best hotel will fail.

Cons:

Customer service by Dashna ( spelling may be wrong). Treating customer not with dignity and respect.
I clarified over telephone before I book to reconfirm what I saw in the photo of room particularly a round dining table which can be used for study and family to have food together. It was further reassured over the phone that it will be provided but underneath a line subject to availability. This caveat was relied on arrivals and was not provided. I needed that because my wife is attending professional exam for license to be a doctor which requires space to study. We had no choice but to go ahead as we already paid.
We were unable to enjoy the family meal together due to this.
Further, I was told in front of my wife and child that the room I booked does not have that and it is for expensive room whereas it was confirmed over the phone and in writing.
I booked first 2 nights and booked another night as I needed. I was confirmed over email that I do not need to change room and on arrival I was told “ I can make you change room but I will not do”. These are various features of treating me as customer in front of my family where these were confirmed on email.
I did not complain because I am not that kind of person.

I think we like the property its just they need to improve their breakfast menu. In the first day of our breakfast the fresh only are green apply and pears then in the second day nothing.main meal only are scramble egg, bacon, beans , hush brown and sausage that overcooked. The cappuccino in coffee machine is not good.In terms if cleanliness ,as we came its really clean but there is no daily cleaning and collecting of garbage if your booking is less than 5 days. If theres no daily cleaning at least collect the garbage and resupply the toiletries.

Pros:

Excellent room , price and location

Cons:

Not enough seating during breakfast so had to squeeze onto tiny low table in lounge with 3 kids so wasn't great.
