Perfect for us. 10mins walk from Piccadilly. 25mins walk to stadium

Pros:

Room was great plenty of space the cover on the bed had marks on but everything else was great

Cons:

The Breakfast very little choice cereal in one place and milk over the other side only 4 items for cooked breakfast sausage scrambled egg beans and hash browns ran out of cutlery had to wait so my food went cold ran out of cups and glasses so had to use cardboard cups for what we paid would definitely expect better

What a shame. Potential wasted.
Pros:

It was modern, spacious and comfortable. The location was great.

Cons:

Our room was literally on a building site and we were woken after a night out at 7:30am by banging and clashing; we weren’t made aware of this beforehand. The breakfast service was a shambles, absolute chaos. Food ran out, there were no tables, food/drink stations were crammed together, a literal free-for-all.

Not my place.

Cons:

Big construction site next door and traffic in front of entrance. No room cleaning for a 3 night stay (!), breakfast not of a high standard, view from room window on to another building and parking lot, bed too soft.

Uncomfortable and disappointing
Pros:

The location, tv and the shower was good.

Cons:

Although the room was well designed, this is the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in therefore I would not stay here again nor would I recommend this hotel to others. I was also kept awake by noise throughout the night.

Additionally, breakfast was chaotic due to there being too small a space for the volume of guests, too few tables and chairs, and food not being brought out quick enough. There was very little space for hot food on the counter, which lead to everyone rushing over as soon as food was brought across to get some before there is nothing left. Trying to grab anything was near impossible due to the sheer amount of people stood in a small space at once.

The room wasn’t adequately clean either, cobwebs were hanging from the ceiling and this is the first thing I saw when walking in.

This hotel is in a good central location, but I believe the negatives far outweigh this positive.
