Will stay here again, had all I needed to enjoy my stay in Pattaya.
Pros:

Great location, quiet at night, but was low season so not a lot of excessive partying noise, just heard some voice noise off pool area during the day. Good breakfast with lots of good options. Attentive staff. Clean and attractive hotel, nice pool area for sunning. Was in Junior Suite and stairs weren't an issue. Staff was able to keep me, as a senior, on 3rd floor, and honor request when check-in turned into the following day.

Cons:

Pool in need of repair with broken tiles, ended up with couple of cuts from the tile. Had tub/shower combo, tub sides were to high for comfort getting in/out of shower and no tub stickies to keep from sliding in tub.

Nice room nice shower comfy bed good location excellent room service pool enjoyable free towels and comfy sun loungers breakfast ok just eggs bacon for me but buffet available pls fruit tea coffee toast jam definitely stay here again

Cons:

It was a little noisy until 4 am so I stayed out late I was in the junior wing a lot cheaper, but the porter didn't offer to carry my suitcase up 3 flights I wonder why 🤣

Great location, and great facilities. A lovely restaurant for a morning breakfast.
Pros:

Location was perfect, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

I think the bathroom could be updated. I like to have a shower in a shower room, rather than stand in a bathtub to shower. As it’s easier to slip.
