位置很好，走出門旁邊就是池袋鬧區，吃喝玩樂都超方便，櫃台服務親切，早餐好吃，整體體驗很好！
房間小了點，每次出門都要繳回鑰匙較不方便！

立地がとても良かったです。
駅から近いし近くにコンビニや飲食店、何でもあるのに夜部屋にいてうるさく感じなかったのは良かったです！
コインランドリーが3ヶ所各1台ずつしか無く、うち1台は故障中。もう少し多ければ良かったなぁと思いました。
小銭しか使えないけど両替機は無く、フロントで替えてもらうしか無いのが少し不便でした。
バイキングの朝食は良い。ヨーグルトが欲しかった。
ロケーションも良く駅から近いのも良し。
各階のエレベーター前に無料の飲み物の設備されてるのも嬉しい。
築年数が古いのか壁紙に汚れが。
エアコンの調節も温度できない。
少し狭めだが、許容範囲です。
久しぶりに朝食利用したら内容が良くなってた。
特に良かったのは小皿であった酢の物。量は少ないけど和食にするなら自分的には箸休めにちょうどいい量だった。こういう小皿みたいのもう1種くらいあるといいなと思う。
やはり毎回思うのは部屋の鍵。
今回はほぼ宿泊のみの目的だったから選んだけれど
いちいちフロントに預けるのは不便。以前他の方のチェックインで待たされた事があった。
5分10分で戻るのにコンビニ行くくらいは勘弁と言う感じ。
朝食の種類がたくさんあり全ての料理が丁寧に調理されており味付けも濃くなく考えられているなと感じた。また訪れたいと思った。
エアコンの温度が微調整できない所。
