מיקום מרכזי,ניקיון מופתי בחדר ובחללים המשותפים,ארוחת בוקר מגוונת מאוד וטובה,אופניים לכל מי שרוצה.

1. קיבלנו חדר בקומה 2 עם נוף לחניה, ביקשנו לעבור חדר וסירבו.
2.קיים פער בין תמונות בית המלון בבוקינג למה שאתה מקבל במציאות. לא זיהינו את בית המלון בהגעה. זה קצת מאכזב.

Incredible staff
Pros:

Great hotel with amazing, helpful staff. Breakfast was incredible and the cocktails at the bar are out of this world. The reception and bar staff makes this hotel the place you want to return to.

I feet like at home.
Pros:

I like the location. The hotel is small and quit, very clean, new. The breakfast is very good, a big variety. The staff was very polite and nice. It was a surprise that it was snack bar in afternoon for free.

Perfect stay
Pros:

The breakfast is quite impressive, a lot of options. Staff is friendly also. During lunch they have a really good menu and super tasty. The room was modern renovated and with AC. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The location is perfect, close to the beach and 20min walking from the historical center.

Lovely staff. Great hotel, close to the lake and amenities!
Pros:

Really lovely team of staff, so welcoming and pleasant. The hotel itself was super clean and beautifully presented. Our room was spacious and the Jack and Jill bathroom made it easier with their being 3 of us! It was quiet at night and only a short distance from the lakeshore. The walk into the town centre was really pleasant.

Cons:

The bar/seating area near the reception is a little dark and gloomy looking.

There aren’t too many loungers around the pool. I think there are enough but as per usual you get the odd selfish guests who will reserve them with towels for hours at a time. We observed fresh towels laid for a whole afternoon without anyone using the loungers. I feel like it would be good practice for the hotel to operate a checking system and remove towels from “reserved” beds after an hour has passed or at least add some signage to deter this.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Perfect Stay – We Can't Wait to Return!
Pros:

Wow – what a wonderful hotel! From the moment we arrived at Riva del Garda Suite Hotel, we felt genuinely welcomed. The two lovely young ladies on reception greeted us with such warmth and friendliness, setting the tone for what turned out to be an exceptional stay.
The hotel is a beautifully maintained medium-sized property that offers the perfect balance between excellent facilities and a relaxed, personal atmosphere. It is absolutely immaculate throughout. We stayed in Room 106, overlooking the pool, and it was perfect. The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and very inviting. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower was powerful, and the generous balcony, complete with sun loungers, was a fantastic bonus.
The pool area is stunning and has been thoughtfully designed with beautiful flowers and plants, creating a relaxing oasis. Soft, tasteful music plays throughout the day, adding to the wonderful atmosphere. The bar staff were fantastic—always friendly, attentive and happy to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
Most afternoons, after returning from the lake, we enjoyed drinks by the pool. Prices were very reasonable, and we were pleasantly surprised when the manager explained that the hotel provides a complimentary afternoon buffet. What a lovely touch! The selection included fresh fruit, cheeses, savoury snacks, prawns, bruschetta, pizza and more. Everything was fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. It really demonstrated the hotel's generosity and attention to detail.
Breakfast was equally impressive. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the choice on offer was incredible. Guests can make their own fresh juices using the juice machine, and there is a chef's station preparing omelettes, crêpes and other freshly cooked dishes to order. There were plenty of healthy options alongside an irresistible selection of cakes and pastries.
Another wonderful feature is the complimentary bicycles available for guests to use.
