Het hotel op zich is zeer mooi en groot, de, zwembaden zijn groot genoeg maar je hebt geen massa gevoel, prachtig uitzicht, mooie locatie. Goed bed en ruime douche, Nuxe badproducten. Het ontbijt was ook zeer lekker en uitgebreid, maar geen variatie in aanbod dus zou bij een langer verblijf tegen steken.

Cons:

Het eten smiddags was zeker geen 4* waard, beperkt aanbod (zelfs geen italiaanse specialiteiten!), kartonnen borden,... Geen terras aan de kamer. Rachele van het hotel (receptie) is een supervriendelijke dame, anders kon de vriendelijkheid en de service van het personeel wat beter.
De taxi service van het hotel is duurder dan als je via een lokale taxi service boekt.

La gentilezza e l' attenzione al cliente, dallo staff, alla ottima esecuzione dello chef per le pietanze, una coccola gastronomica vedi relax.
Bravi.

Cons:

La reception nel finale nn è riuscita ad accontentare una scelta voluta fin dall'inizio, per un regalo di compleanno al mio compagno, il conto finale doveva essere scorporato di una voce che invece è stata inserita nel totale, mettendomi in imbarazzo, un dispiacere, rispetto a tutto il piacere del soggiorno.

Spettacolare
Pros:

La migliore struttura, dove abbiamo soggiornato, situata tra i boschi in un luogo tranquillissimo. Il personale ci ha accolti con cortesia e ci ha sempre assistito con un sorriso rispondendo a ogni nostra necessità. La camera è spaziosa e comoda, il bagno un lusso con una doccia enorme. Nei pomeriggi bollenti ci siamo immersi nelle piscine con sdrai a disposizione per abbronzarci, col telo offerto dalla struttura. Il ristorante ci ha presentato cibi ricercati e ottimi vini. Torneremo di sicuro. Un ringraziamento speciale a tutto il personale, avete reso speciale la nostra vacanza.

Cons:

Nel menù del ristorante mancavano piatti della tradizione, ma comunque tutto ottimo.
