What a wonderful hotel, great selection of food at breakfast and dinner. The situation of hotel is about 1km from the centre of RIva but there are buses nearby and if you get the Trentino app you get the bus for free. Only criticisms would be the service in bars as it’s not always good as staff didn’t seem to be able to cope. Entertainment could be improved as Roberto, although good, does not have the repertoire as repeated the same songs every night. The lake can be accessed very close to where the hotel is. The whole hotel is very clean and rooms cleaned every day and towels changed daily.
Nice location, view was nice and swimming pool was nice too.
however we had issue with dogs barking whole evening ,night and next day morning in to next room, we went reception who really don’t want to do anything about it. It would been nice to at list change our room. We paid Savoy Palace as their name but not really great experience.
Breakfast was okay too. Nice coffee however fruits were really not nice. Not good good quality of those fruits , specially those banana 👎👎
Service was poor and breakfast was worse. Lots of places like kids playing area was full of rubbish cardboards. Not expected as Savoy👎👎👎
Sehr freundliches Personal. Großes und vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet in super Qualität. Frisch gekochte Omlettes und Pancakes 👌. Das Abendessen als 4 Gang (incl. Antipasti und Salatbuffet) mit Auswahl aus 3 Varianten war sehr gut 👍. Das Preis/Leistunsverhältnis ist Spitze. Angenehm auch das Sitzen zum Digestiv an der Bar und auf der Terrasse mit Musik. Der Chef selbst war immer da und hat gerne „gesmalltakt“ . Unsere Räder hatten wir in der Tiefgarage separat versperrt. Der Pool i. Freien angenehm warm und die Liegewiese groß genug.

Just returned from a special trip celebrating my birthday in Riva with my parents. It was my first time at this hotel but, their 3rd/4th and, I can see why they come back.
The hotel is in a fantastic location - a great base with access to the many activities there are to do on beautiful Lake Garda. It has great amenities for all ages and our rooms were very clean and comfortable.
We went half board and the food and service was consistently excellent. What makes this place special though is the extra touches they add and the people working there with a special mention for the ladies on reception who were super helpful and also for Nabil for his attention and good humour throughout our stay. We hope to get back some day!
Ho gradito la gentilezza del personale dalla reception ai camerieri del ristorante fino ad arrivare al Sig. Tonelli, l'ampiezza e la pulizia delle camere, la qualità del cibo sia a cena che a colazione, ma soprattutto tutti i servizi inclusi nel prezzo, come la Spa, le piscine riscaldate, i tavoli da ping pong, biliardino e biliardo, e non per ultimo il parcheggio privato.
Nulla, è stato un soggiorno piacevolissimo.
Alles, angefangen beim Personal, der Zimmer, dem Essen, dem Garten und der Pools, bis zu Herrn Tonelli, der immer alle Gäste aufs herzlichste begrüßt.

The location was great, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was wonderful. Both pools were very nice. It was a short walk to the lake, food, and shopping. Rooms were clean and welcoming. I would highly recommend you take the time and stay with them!
