We believed that we had booked our stay with breakfast included. However, at check-out, we were informed that breakfast was not included in our reservation and that we would need to pay for it separately.

Although the charge came as a surprise, we never refused to pay. We simply asked for a moment to check our reservation on our phone to make sure there hadn't been any misunderstanding before making the payment.

Unfortunately, the receptionist's attitude was extremely rude and completely unnecessary. Before we had even finished checking the reservation details, he impatiently insisted that we pay immediately and became visibly irritated, even though we had not argued about the charge or caused any inconvenience. We were simply trying to verify the information before paying. After we completed the payment, he continued to treat us rudely.

This happened during our check-out on **July 20th, at approximately 6:00 a.m.** We mention the date and time because we hope hotel management can identify the employee involved. We would also like to emphasize that **all the other staff members we interacted with during our stay were friendly, professional, and welcoming**. Our complaint is directed solely at the receptionist who assisted us that morning.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and liked the hotel very much. However, this experience at check-out overshadowed what had otherwise been a very positive stay. It was deeply disappointing that the behavior of a single employee could leave us with such a negative final impression. Sadly, this incident has made us reconsider whether we would stay here again or recommend the hotel to others.

Manque l air conditionnée et la ventilation dans la salle d eau.

Summer was not the best place to stay at the hotel. The weather was really hot and air-conditioning was not working. The hotel provided a small fan, but unfortunately was not enough.

Nous vivions dans la rue d’en bas ! La fenêtre manquait d’isolation. La chambre sentait la javel et de plus le rideau de douche ainsi que les draps de lit manquait de propreté. Un point important au niveau de la sécurité les clefs sont laissées dans l’accueil et aucune demande de confirmation de identité est demandée pour récupérer celle ci.
