Leider nicht so toll wie ich dachte

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die vielen Parkplätze waren super und das Zimmer war sehr geräumig.

Cons:

Es gab leider keinen Lift und das Hotel ist ziemlich verwinkelt, sodass man sich leicht verirrt. Im Zimmer waren zwei Einzelbetten lose zusammen geschoben, in der Nacht haben sie sich voneinander weg bewegt, sodass irgendwann einmal eine recht große Lücke da war, in die mein Polster gerutscht ist.
Das Essen im Restaurant fand ich leider nicht so gut. Der Käse beim Frühstück war sichtbar zu alt (er hatte einen "harte" Rand); sorry, aber das geht gar nicht. 🙈

Als heel basis goed genoeg voor je is, is dit een prima hotel.
Pros:

Er was voldoende parkeerruimte. De kamer was schoon en netjes. Het ontbijt was OK, de gastvrouw in de ontbijtzaal ook zeer vriendelijk, overig personeel ook. Het zwembad is groot en als gast heb je er gratis toegang toe. Het is ook lang open, van 0700 tot 2300 uur.

Cons:

Gezelligheid en een warme uitstraling heeft dit hotel niet. Een "resort" vonden wij het zeker niet, alles in het hotel is echt minimaal en vooral saai. Uitzicht vanuit de kamer op een stuk gras, en op de dakdekkers met bussen, ladders etc. Parkeerruimte voor hotelgasten was niet voldoende, en bij het toegangshek moet je door een enorme kuil/geul rijden, pas op voor je uitlaat. Wij weken uit naar de parkeerplaats voor de appartementen. Geen bloemetje op de tafels, kale gangen, kale recreatieruimtes, het mist sfeer. Geen koelkast of minibar op de kamer, geen waterkoker, 1 koffiecupje per persoon, de rest bijbetalen. Een kaal zwembad zonder uitstraling, renovatie hoog nodig, van de kleedcabines ook.

Nice but too expensive and not so nice extras like swimming pool

Very nice personnel, beautiful location, comfortable bed.

Cons:

The swimming pool is not really available for guests most of the time because they have kids courses. Even when the schedule said they were supposed to finish, they kept going and the teachers were very unfriendly to hotel guests, plus it was loud and not clean. The tennis court was covered in leafs and pieces of wood. We couldnt use the electric car charging columns because we didnt have the card that all dutch people seem to have. The Restaurant service was very slow, but the food was good. The game area was only half working. Cheap renovation in the rooms and not completely clean.

Dampness smell everywhere

We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment with a living room and kitchen. Each bedroom had two beds.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing, and we would not recommend staying here.

When we arrived, there was a strong smell of urine in the bathroom, so we had to clean it ourselves. The apartment had no towels at all, and we had to rent them separately.

There was a very strong and unpleasant smell of dampness throughout the apartment, including in the corridors between the appartments. The smell was really uncomfortable and disgusting.

There is no daily cleaning service. The apartment was not properly maintained, and there were many spiders and insects that could easily enter the apartment.

There was also no handheld bidet/shattaf, and there was no proper way to push the water toward the drain after showering, which was very inconvenient.

Overall, the cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance were far below what we expected. Don't waste your money staying here.
