The location is ok
not really comfortable, most of the stuff is kind of rude
The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring the surrounding area.
The advertised views were quite disappointing. Instead of scenic views, our room mostly overlooked bushes and vegetation.
The hotel was also extremely crowded with large groups of Asian tourists, who were unfortunately very noisy and often inconsiderate of other guests. This significantly affected the otherwise peaceful atmosphere we had expected.
Expensive, simple room in a camping environment, not hotel-standard.
The only thing talking for this so-called hotel is the surroundings.
Location- fabulous
Big bed
Way to expensive for the comfort
Plastic cups and one instant coffee in the room, no tea and no bathrobe or toiletries besides soap
Location, atmosphere
Difficult to get the room dark because of the skylight; some lack of privacy once tourist buses arrived in town in morning; breakfast was mediocre
Quiet isolated spot on the edge of the Fjord. Beautiful scenery. Seafood restaurant was good but pricey.
Basic rooms that were reminiscent of school trips. Tv didn’t work and we were on the edge of a car park that had a constant stream of tourist coaches.
Perfect location for the cruise: It is located right in front of the Gudvangen port, making it incredibly convenient to take the cruise.
Beautiful scenery: The views of the fjord were absolutely stunning.
Mini-kitchen: Having a mini-kitchen in the room was very handy and practical
Construction noise and dust: The port was under construction, which made the surroundings very dusty and noisy.
Overpriced and cramped: At 890,000 KRW, it was way too expensive, especially considering the room and bathroom were extremely small.
Poor dining and service: The breakfast was terrible, and the staff's attitude and service were quite unfriendly.
Lacking a hotel atmosphere: The reception and breakfast area felt more like a highway rest stop than a proper hotel.
Loved the location and the rooms were nice
Late check in by the night manager could have been a bit more thorough. Would've appreciated being provided the wifi password as well as the breakfast vouchers we needed for the morning (our rooms were booked inclusive of breakfast)

Overpriced for a very mediocre experience. Clean and basic, think youth hostel with a private bathroom for an extortionate price. Wouldn’t do more than one day.
Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of fresh options. The location is outstanding, right at the entrance to the fjord, offering breathtaking views. Highly recommended!
The room was quite small and a bit outdated.
Incredible location right at the edge of the fjord nestled between high cliffs - very picturesque! Loved the nearby Viking Village. And the included breakfast was fantastic. We also had dinner at the seafood restaurant on site, which had excellent food and service. The beds were very comfortable.
We stayed in one of the family cabins and the bathroom is on the lower level but the bedrooms were on the upper level.
