Cons:

Room noisy due to air-conditioning system so close to window. Air-conditioning in room didn't warm up.

Great value for an excellent location with brilliant service.
Pros:

Check in was fantastic. I had called ahead because I was arriving some time after 1am. Having a friendly 24 hour concierge was one of the reasons I chose the European Hotel. Cam was so friendly and helpful, even giving me pointers on travel in Perth.
My room was serviced every day with lovely big towels, and even face washers.

Cons:

I could hear some noise from the city street so, if I’d wanted to sleep in, that could present a problem. Luckily it wasn’t for me.

Solid stay in the centre for a few nights

Good and regular house keeping

Cons:

Needed some updating as some wall paper was peeling
Tap dripped and toilet seemed to constantly flush
Very thin walls and could constantly here the neighbours
