Pros:

La struttura è risultata pulita e accogliente

Cons:

Quello che non mi è piaciuto è l'orario della piscina in piena estate, in quanto se io sono nella struttura per un solo giorno vorrei poter usufruire della piscina anche in tarda serata o mattina presto, anche solo per un po' di relax senza musica napoletana e bambini che giustamente nel pieno della giornata si divertono e giocano.

con noi c'era il nostro piccolo bassottino, e anche per lui l'accoglienza e stat molto gradevole.
Pros:

Il servizio navetta è davvero un lusso, e una comodità pazzesca, gli autisti davvero professionali e gentili, sulla piscina nn posso dire nulla perche nn ne ho usufruito, la colazione che dire.... eccellente, una varietà di cibo che soddisfaceva tt le esigenze dal dolce al salato, torte fresche e gustose tt i giorni, i camerieri molto attenti alle esigenze della clientela.

Cons:

Io ero in una camera da due, credo che migliorerei la doccia, era davvero molto piccola. per il resto era tt perfetto, il risveglio al mattino con vista mare una meraviglia.

Pros:

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Das Hotel war ausgesprochen sauber und das gesamte Personal stets sehr freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit.

Besonders positiv ist auch der Shuttle-Service zum Strand und in die Stadt. Diese zusätzliche Dienstleistung war für uns sehr praktisch und hat den Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer gemacht.

Auch der Strandbereich und die Umgebung waren sehr sauber und gepflegt – im Vergleich beispielsweise zur Stadt Vieste ist uns das besonders positiv aufgefallen.

Insgesamt können wir das Hotel daher sehr empfehlen und würden gerne wiederkommen. Wenn die genannten kleinen Kritikpunkte, insbesondere beim Frühstück und bei der Lautstärke der Musik am Pool, verbessert werden könnten, wäre unser Aufenthalt nahezu perfekt gewesen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war insgesamt okay, könnte aber noch etwas kontinentaler gestaltet werden. Wünschenswert wären insbesondere mehr frisches Obst.

Der Kaffee aus dem Automaten war leider nicht besonders gut, was umso mehr auffällt, da ansonsten in Italien ein ausgezeichneter Kaffee angeboten wird. Hier wäre eine Verbesserung der Kaffeequalität oder -maschine beim Frühstück wünschenswert.

Die Musik am Pool war leider deutlich zu laut, sobald das Programm gestartet wurde. Für Gäste, die nicht an den Aktivitäten teilnehmen möchten, war die Lautstärke teilweise sehr störend. Gerade an einem Ort, an dem man sich entspannen möchte, sollte es meiner Meinung nach weiterhin möglich sein, in Ruhe ein Buch zu lesen oder einfach abzuschalten.

Die sehr laute Musik hat die gewünschte Entspannung leider deutlich beeinträchtigt. Eine etwas geringere Lautstärke wäre hier wünschenswert, damit sowohl Gäste, die am Programm teilnehmen möchten, als auch diejenigen, die Ruhe suchen, den Poolbereich genießen können.

Un soggiorno bello e divertente
Pros:

La posizione, il servizio navetta, la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale, la spiaggia, ma soprattutto l’animazione. Gli animatori sono stati bravissimi ad intrattenerci sia in hotel che in spiaggia. Ci hanno fatto divertire tantissimo

Hormis quelques détails, bon hôtel.
Pros:

Le personnel serviable, l’organisation des navettes(hôtel-plage et hôtel-centre Vieste), la grande piscine.
Les transats compris avec l’hôtel.
La plage.

Cons:

Le règlement de la piscine et ces horaires qui ne sont pas assez large.
Petit-déjeuner pas (du tout) assez varié.
