La habitación que me asignaron no era ni de cerca la habitación por la cual había pagado, se escuchaban ruidos en el techo, la ventana filtraba agua, las llaves del baño estaban sueltas.

En la noche llovió y la habitación que teníamos se inundó, se nos mojaron las pertenencias y el techo del cuarto se cayó, la chica de la recepción nos dio otra habitación y tenía insectos sobre la cama, luego nos dio otra habitación en la que pasamos la noche y el aire acondicionado no funcionó bien y además había un daño en las luces pues se prendían y apagaban solas y no pudimos descansar bien.
