The laundry service and front desk support were excellent.

Cons:

There's two places called Hotel Windsor. 1 is called 'Home' and the other called 'Opera'. Very different locations and amenities. Be sure you grab the one you want.

Pros:

The staff are so friendly, Salma at the front desk, did an excellent job. Same as the lady in the kitchen, can't remember her name. The food was incredible, and the hotel location was incredible handy to get to the Eiffel tower quickly.

Cons:

I didn't like the toilet is separated from the rest of the facilities, like the toilet in one room and the shower/sink are in a different room. I didn't get it, but I mean, maybe is the design of it.
