Central, good quality, high quality hotel.
Pros:

The hotel was very central, an ideal location for staying in the city. The room was spacious and clean, with an amazing view of the city. The staff were friendly and the on sight restaurant and bar were brilliant.

Cons:

The inside of the hotel (not the room) smelt very strongly of smoke.

I stayed at Sky Hotel Tirana from 2 June to 3 June and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.

My card details were already provided through Booking.com. Upon arrival, while I was parking the car in the basement, the receptionist asked my wife to confirm the booking amount. She explained that I was parking the car and would confirm everything once I came to the reception. Shortly thereafter, the hotel charged my card again despite already having a valid Booking.com payment/guarantee on file.

What made the situation particularly uncomfortable was that the staff appeared unusually suspicious and unwilling to wait a few minutes for me to arrive. As an international traveller, I was left with the impression that assumptions were being made about us before we had even completed check-in.

After reaching our room, I realized I had been charged twice for the same stay and immediately returned to reception. Initially, I was told it was a POS error and that the refund would be processed within 5 minutes. After waiting at reception, the explanation changed and I was told it would take 2 working days for the refund to appear.

I have since returned to Dubai and have had to follow up repeatedly. The only evidence provided was a scanned email allegedly sent to the bank requesting a refund. No ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) or refund reference has been provided, making it impossible for my bank to track the transaction.

Mistakes can happen. Double charges can happen. What matters is how a hotel handles the situation. In this case, the inconsistent explanations, lack of transparency, and ongoing delay in resolving the issue have left me extremely disappointed.

La struttura è molto pulita, organizzata e lo staff è molto attento e disponibile ad ogni esigenza, ci siamo trovati davvero bene , lo consigliamo e speriamo di tornarci presto

Ho apprezzato tutto, forse l’unica cosa su cui si potrebbe migliorare è la qualità del cibo , tutto ok ma niente di speciale

Excellent!!!
Pros:

Excellent stay! The location was perfect and made it very easy to get around Tirana. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. Everything was very good, and we were very happy with our stay. I would gladly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Idealer Standort und super Aussicht.
Pros:

Aussicht und Lage sind perfekt, hat sogar bewachte Tiefgarage. Die Bettqualität ist super und Fenster lässt sich bei Bedarf öffnen.
