It is a nice place, I had everything close to the center of histórico of Istanbul,. The excellent and friendly members from the Ares Hotel are excellent person and very kind to others customer. I had a nice experience and felt happy in the Ares hotel.

Hotel znajduje się w świetnej lokalizacji co jest ogromnym atutem. Personel bardzo pomocny, uprzejmy, na każdą prośbę bardzo szybko reagujący, jeśli bym miała wystawić ocenę pracownikom to jest to 10/10 (polecam hotelom z wyższym standardem miały takich pracowników). Śniadania proste, bardzo dobre, na początek dnia świetna opcja. Łóżka wygodne, pokoje czyste, owszem przydałoby się odnowienie pokojów ale jednak to nie wpływa na moją ocenę i z uwagi na całokształt oceniam hotel bardzo pozytywnie.

De locatie is geweldig!! Dicht bij grote bezienswaardigheden maar ook openbaar vervoer.
Personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Zelfs ontbijt gekregen op de dag van aankomst. En onze kamer vroeger kunnen inchecken.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful! They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The air conditioning was amazing (and necessary). Their breakfast was a great inclusion and very tasty.

Cons:

The room was basic but had everything we needed.

المكان نظيف وبوسط السوق عند شارع العرب الكثير من المطاعم والكافيهات بالجوار هادي جدا جدا قريب جدا جدا من الترام اقل من 100 متر الاطلاله جميله جدا من الدور الرابع يوجد مطعم فيه وفطور لذيذ مع امكانيهً تغير الطلب طاقم الخدمه والفندق بشوشين جدا وبخدمتكً قريب من مسجد سلطان احمد وايه صوفيا والكثير من المعالم

Vi hadde dessverre en svært dårlig opplevelse med dette hotellet. Jeg og kjæresten min ankom rundt kl. 03.00 om natten, men fikk beskjed om at vi ikke kunne sjekke inn fordi vi ikke var gift. Vi ble blant annet fortalt at vi kunne «gå og gifte oss og komme tilbake etterpå».

Måten vi ble behandlet på var etter min opplevelse svært uhøflig og respektløs. Situasjonen eskalerte så mye at politiet til slutt ble kontaktet. Etter behandlingen vi fikk, ønsket vi ikke lenger å sjekke inn.

Beliggenheten var også en stor ulempe. Hotellet ligger svært avsides til i Istanbul, langt unna mye, og det var vanskelig å finne – noe som gjorde situasjonen enda mer frustrerende midt på natten.

Dette var en svært ubehagelig opplevelse, og dessverre kan jeg ikke anbefale dette hotellet.

Il personale molto gentile nulla da obiettare

Cons:

Le camere troppo piccole, troppo vuote oltre il letto c'era il vuoto in quelle stanze, per non parlare del bagno non esisteva nulla neanche un piccolo appoggio per il rasoio, eravamo 3 coppie e tutte e tre le camere erano nelle stessa situazione, la mia doccia era rotta la mattina mancava sempre l'acqua calda su 8 giorni di soggiorno 8 giorni senza acqua calda, colazione inesistente, sempre la stessa non cambiava mai come hanno detto la colazione era standard, uovo sodo... 3 fettine di pomodoro 3 di cetriolo ovviamente erano affettati con la affettatrice, 2 pezzettini di formaggio 2 di un tipo di ricottina locale e due fettine di un tipo di salume avevamo chiesto del succo di frutta hanno risposto che non era previsto.
