Que no es muy grande y podía estar tanto en la playa como en la piscina, sin recorrer grandes distancias y desde la habitación muy cómodo hasta llegar al desayuno
El “SPA” porque se vende como SPA, por eso seleccione este hotel… era demasiado pobre, Tiene literal una piscina de agua fría sin hidromasaje ni ninguna clase de chorro. Solo una piscina cubierta fría, un baño turco mal configurado que no se podía estar y una sauna. Hay q pagar extra por ir al spa pero en realidad pagas 25€ por meterte en una sauna
También en mi caso, el personal de limpieza, aunque muy amable, me despertaba cada mañana con ruidos en el pasillo y limpiando las habitaciones contiguas a las 7-8 de la mañana.

A 114-es szobát kaptuk, ami felett volt az étterem. Kora reggeltől a székek huzogatásának a mozgását lehetett hallani.

Proximité de la plage privée et transats gratuits, Piscine top, Barman du soir Mr MANOS exceptionnel, femme de ménage efficace. Personnel serviable et chaleureux. Chambre très confortable. Petit déjeuner parfait. Situation géographique parfaite en retrait de la rue hyper passante AG MARINA. Animations de qualité. Une corbeille de fruits frais en cadeau de bienvenue ainsi qu'une bouteille de vin. Salle d'eau parfaite, literie géniale !
La propreté de la plage privée pourrait être améliorée, plastique et mégots de cigarette en trop grand nombre. Les burgers commandés au bar le soir étaient tous simplement horribles, viande trop salée, bouillie puis carbonisée. Seul bémol à notre séjour. Des bruits de chaises de la chambre du dessus nous ont également réveillés plusieurs nuits, conseil mettre des feutrines sous les pieds pour limiter cette nuisance.
Это очень хороший отель, с чудесным завтраком (огромный выбор, каждый найдет для себя что-то, а про выбор шикарных фруктов я вообще молчу). Обслуживание безумно теплое, очень все продумано, чудесный пляж и бассейн, бар в бассейне и чудесный ресторанчик с видом на море с отличной едой. На все просьбы ответ, причём с удовольствием «да». Нам сделали комплимент в виде бутылки вина и просто огромной тарелки с фруктами)) а еще в течение дня на бассейне давали в виде комплимента всем то арбузик, то мороженое. Расположение заслуживает отдельного внимания. Во первых остановка автобуса находится в 3 минутах от отеля и везет прямо в центр, что очень удобно и выходя из отеля, на улице куча ресторанов (причем очень хороших) и магазинов с продуктами и сувенирами. Мы остались оооочеень довольны!
Нам сделали бесплатный апргейд комнаты и дали двухэтажный номер, большой, приятный, НО спать на втором этаже невозможно, там нереальная духота, просто воздух не двигается. За это сняла бал, а так бы дала оценку 10 :)
Тут больше не к отелю, а просто для информации, что заход в море достаточно неудобный, там камни и плиты и без специальных тапочек не рекомендую.
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo resort durante una vacanza di coppia e ne siamo rimasti davvero entusiasti!
La posizione è ottima: nel centro di Agia Marina, comoda per negozi, market e ristoranti, e a circa 45/50 minuti dall’aeroporto di Chania.
La struttura è bellissima, pulitissima e perfettamente organizzata, con uno staff eccezionale, sempre gentile e professionale.
Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la piscina, la jacuzzi, il bar in piscina e la splendida spiaggia privata, con tantissimi lettini sempre disponibili.
Ottimi anche i ristoranti del resort, con cibo di qualità e un eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo.
La nostra Junior Suite era spaziosa, particolare e dotata di tutto il necessario.
Molto gradite anche le attenzioni per il 20° anniversario della struttura!
Essendo adults only, l’atmosfera era tranquilla e perfetta per rilassarsi.
Una vacanza meravigliosa, oltre le nostre aspettative: consigliatissimo e sicuramente da ripetere!

Ventilazione del bagno da migliorare in quanto cieco. Noi abbiamo fatto mezza pensione, Colazione a buffet ottima e varia, Pranzo con menu alla carta con tutto buonissimo. La cena a buffet invece sì può migliorare (tranne i dolci che sono fenomenali, praticamente da pasticceria), se arrivi alle 19 quando portano i piatti allora tutto ok, se gia arrivi dopo le 19e30 i piatti essendo scaldati continuamente perdono in qualità. Inspiegabile perché non fare come a mezzogiorno, ci sarebbe sempre la fila per mangiare li. Questa è l'unica vera pecca, per il resto tutto perfetto.

Staff is very friendly. Rooms are very clean, thanks to the cleanig ladies. Breakfast is amazing, rich and varied.
Rooms are well equipped. In case of big waves the pool is there with an amazing surrounding. Outsode and inside. You can switch on the jakuzzi whenever you want.
In the taverna you can eat and drink. Pool bar also amazing. So you can find everything in one place.
Nothing but really nothing.
