You got what you paid for.
Pros:

Great location in a busy street with lots of bars and places to eat. Nice shops too!

Cons:

Pillows were very soft even though an additional small pillow was on the bed but not suitable for sleeping. Room very hot although we managed to get an additional fan. Window on one side was open but not sure if both could have opened. Didn’t manage to work out how to work plug in the sink for shaving. Would have liked a kettle in the room but will bring one next time. Good breakfast

This was by far the worst place I stayed during our trip.
At night, the pub downstairs was extremely loud, and the noise continued well past midnight. Then, around 4:00 a.m., the garbage trucks and all kinds of street noise started, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. If you don't want to sleep, I highly recommend staying here!
I knew there was no air conditioning before I booked, so I wasn't expecting one. However, the only thing provided was a tiny fan that was barely enough to make any difference. The room was old, worn out, and clearly showed its age.
Staying here for only one night turned out to be the best decision I made. I can't imagine spending more than one night in this place.
Overall, this accommodation was extremely disappointing for the price. I would definitely not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

O cazare semicurată cu miros de praf, dar cel mai rău a fost gălăgia de la barul hotelului până la 01 noaptea! Fiind cald și lipsa AC te obliga să stai cu geamul deschis și să auzi mitocănia bețivilor de la bar! Nu voi reveni!

It was good could have been much better.

The location was excellent, every thing was at walkable distance.

A good hotel in a Great location
Pros:

Great location on busy pedestrian street. Lots of hotels & restaurants. Busy with pedestrians and slow-moving cyclists and scooters. Rooms at back very cool in heatwave ( no AC). Breakfast at Cafe Glockenspiel is worth the walk. Bed comfy, shower good. Staff very helpful. Bar a magnet for locals; probably noisy if at front with windows open. I recommend it.

It was a very clean hotel and central. They gave you a map of the city which helped. But no AC.
Pros:

It was central. Lots around. Loved the view from our window into the garden.

Cons:

The pillows were flat and no air conditioning. They only gave you one little fan and with the heat we needed more.

Pros:

They had coffee and tea available all day for patrons of the hotel. Staff were amazing and helpful to our group of 7. We purchased the daily traditional European breakfast with our room and were definitely satisfied with the selection. The location couldn't have been better! In the morning our guide could pick us up in front of the hotel, but there was a 5 minute walk when they dropped us off due to the pedestrian zones. We walked all around Salzburg to see Mozart's house, Sound of Music sites in the city, Abbey, fortress (with dinner and candlelight concert). There are a plethora of restaurants and shopping within feet of the hotel.

There was no step into the hotel and a lift to our floor. It was very accessible for a wheelchair! Just let them know before you get there. Our room was a little small for 3 people, but the shower was fantastic!
