施設面の所は申し訳無いけど、結果今回の目的の為には最高の宿だったと思います。
Pros:

アクセスの良さです。
横浜駅にも5分、アリーナにも5分、地下鉄新横浜に至っては改札でて地上に出れば目の前と言う立地、となりにセブン、施設内にはドトールとおよそ10分圏内にいろいろ集中しているので
便利でした。

Cons:

設備が少し古めで、レトロな風合いが感じます。
それも良いと思われる方には良いかもです。
インバウンドのせいか、設備の利用が乱雑なのか？
至る所に傷が、ユニットバスが一段高いのですが
框に引っ掛かるくらい高いのと
風呂の跨ぎがかなり高いです。
若い人は良いかもですが
50代以上には少し注意が必要かも
冷蔵庫も入り口の服掛けの直ぐ下にあり
帰る直前にわかりました。
ズボンを吊ると下が引っ掛かる感じ
あと窓があったのですが
看板の直ぐ横の部屋だったのか？
カーテンを閉めても朝かな？
くらい光が漏れていて
ショートスリーパーの自分には
熟睡できませんでした。

Pros:

28、29日と急遽連泊が決まったのですが、同じ部屋を利用することができてゆっくり過ごせました。駅近、横アリ近、コンビニ近も良かったです。

Cons:

膝が悪いので、ベッドの高さとユニットバスの入り口の高さが私には少し高いかなと思いました。それとカーテンを開けると隣のビルだったのが残念でした。
