Pros:

I had booked a large suite with a sea view. The space is very generous, the view is beautiful, and the location is good.

Cons:

The hotel is overall aging and in desperate need of a refresh. The room layout is very poorly designed, for example, there are absolutely no power outlets next to the bed. There is also a strong smell of cooking grease, both in the corridors and when you open the windows. There are only two elevators, which means frequent waits, and the decor is quite dated.
The self-service laundry is poorly managed. With only one washing machine and one dryer for the entire hotel, access is chaotic, leading to endless waits and conflicts among guests.
The check-out experience was just as disappointing. I simply handed over my key card, and the staff member just gave me a dismissive "ok", without asking how my stay was, without a thank you, and without a goodbye.
In summary, despite the beautiful view, the overall atmosphere of the hotel is not very pleasant, and I absolutely do not recommend it. I would advise looking for accommodation in a more authentic neighborhood.

Pros:

Doyun Lee at the Front Desk was very polite and helpful (unfortunately the only one)

Cons:

1. Super noisy till 2am every night due to the night activities in the city centre, impossible to sleep
2. Very strange bathtub design as the room was renovated from an old hotel I guess, the water goes out from the shower and there is nothing you could do about it.

Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Transport also close and easy to access.
Pros:

Great location and good size room but had family room which gave the extra room for 2. Very clean and supplied water and clean towels daily. Staff helpful.

Cons:

The only complaint I have is that when flushing the toilet it sounds like a jet plane taking off which is loud during the middle of the night while others trying to sleep. Also, the exit light lights up the room when sleeping making the room bright. Beds too hard but seems to be the thing in this part of the world.

Walk 2 minutes across main road to the beach
Walk 5 or so minutes to limousine airport bus stops along the main road

Weak power in the room, had to use hotel’s charger for my mobile.

Disappointing
Pros:

Location is good, right in front of haeundae beach and market.

Cons:

The rooms are outdated and the shower floods when in use. One of the sink was clogged as well. When we checked in i found hair and dental floss on the side table.

En general bien, la ubicación excelente y la recámara con vista al mar de muy buen tamaño y cómoda.
Pros:

El hotel está super bien ubicado en una de las playas más lindas de Busan. Está dentro de un edificio viejo que cuando llegas crees que estará horrible el hotel jajaja pero no es así, la recepción está bonita y aunque en efecto es un hotel viejo, las habitaciones están muy bien, al menos la nuestra. Tuvimos una habitación con vista al mar, de muy buen tamaño, en general cómoda y la vista hermosa. En general superó nuestras expectativas.

Cons:

Los pasillos estaban sucios y hacen el aseo solo cada tercer día, así que creo deberían tener más cuidado con ese tipo de cosas, pero en general muy bien.
