Easy to get to
I was unable to make my first night of my original reservation due to bad weather in New Jersey and all the flights were canceled until the following day. I called a booking.com and they messaged the hotel on my behalf, and even with my hands being tied and not being able to make my first night of the reservation the hotel still charged me for a night stay.
The following day when I was able to check in, I go up to my room and find that the room door is open and there is trays of food on the bed. I immediately went downstairs and let the receptionist know. To my surprise, they asked me if I was sure I went to the Wright room and they went upstairs to verify so then I and my family was moved to a different room, which was fine. I just wondered what was happening there and why I would get the keys to a room that was not even cleaned.
Overall, the hotel is fine close to everything there’s a bunch of places to eat. It just leaves a bad taste in my mouth that all the flights in New Jersey were canceled and I was still charged for one night.
Booking.com is no help whatsoever . I was told my situation would get escalated and when I asked to speak to a manager three different times I was told there was no manager there for me to speak to. They say they were going to credit back some of my first day charge and then I had to wait 24 hours to receive a notification with what the sum would be and no one ever called me back. I tried three times speaking to someone and every time they said I need to wait 24 hours.

Didn't like how I was treated by a particular staff member. I do not appreciate the fact that I was banned from this facility because I chose not to open my room door while getting dressed. I made ot clear that I was getting dressed and the front desk attendant kept messing with the knob of the door as if they were determined to get in
Bed was comfortable
There were fleas in my first room. They did change rooms but the second room wasn’t particularly clean. I had to clean the counter in the bathroom and there was hairs. It was gross
This Comfort Suites is a favorite stop on our East Coast travels. Nicely appointed rooms, indoor pool, and ample complimentary breakfast offerings.
The property was Very Peaceful, Well kept , safe, & well lit . The staff was accommodating and the place well clean and breakfast was as expected
Comfortable beds and rooms, nice size rooms, ample bathroom and well maintained. Average breakfast for chain hotel.
A bit hard to see from street and next to a funeral home.
The outside looks nice and clean
The rooms did not match the images online. The bed was a queen size not a king and I paid extra for king size bed.the facility workers were not present. I had to service my own issues in the room. I traveled with my kids and it was an inconvenience to have to service issues.
