Staff, service excellent.
Breakfast fairly ordinary. But Phil coffee excellent.
Room was large, but spa feature in the bath not working.
Excellent location to old town and river lantern viewing.
Great value for money.
Highly recommended.

A beautiful hotel
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful place. The rooms are lovely, the staff are amazing and the breakfast is outstanding. It is right in the river so a perfect location too.

Cons:

Just a tip really... I think if you have a room at the front of the hotel, it might be really noisy, so be aware of this if you are booking a river view.

We loved it!
Pros:

The hotel is a calm oasis in a heavily touristy area. The pool was especially inviting!

Cons:

The street in front is often closed to vehicle traffic, so arrival and departure needs to come through the back.

Heel fijn hotel met ruime kamer midden in het oude centrum.
Pros:

Midden in het oude centrum. Taxi kon niet voor de deur stoppen omdat centrum autoluw is. Heel fijn om gewoon de straat op te lopen zonder direct van je sokken te worden gereden.
Kamer super groot en fijne bedden. Douche ook heel fijn. Lekker zwembad op de begane grond. Ontbijt in buffetvorm was prima.

Cons:

Als koffieliefhebber was het een beetje vreemd om de koffie in de ochtend in de magnetron te moeten opwarmen. In Vietnam was ik beter gewend.

水周りを気にする人最悪。でもスタッフは丁寧だった。

夜はうるさいくらいだけど、ロケーションは良かった

Cons:

水周りが最悪。バスタブは水が排水されなくて、ビショビショのままシャワーを浴びた。
翌日も排水されなくて、溜まったままなのでシャワー浴びれなかった。シャワーヘッドの向きが悪く、床までびちゃびちゃ。洗面台の排水溝から蛭が出てきた。汚い。
部屋全体が湿っぽい。

Well priced accommodation in an excellent location.
Pros:

Fantastic location right on the riverside in Hoi An. Easy walk to everything. Room was spacious and clean and comfortable beds. Very reasonably priced.

Cons:

We booked a 3 bedroom apartment, but it was really just one room with 2 beds on different levels and a third on a mezzanine. All open so no walls between the beds which was not as described and not what we expected. The pool is also very small and is in the centre of hotel with rooms looking down onto it. It does not look inviting at all and hardly anyone went in it which was a pity because it was very hot when we were there. There was also a lot of noisy construction work going on around pool area when we were.
