For a hotel that we were told was "newly renovated", this is a terribly run-down property and is very poorly maintained. The first room we were in had a leak under the bathroom sink plumbing, so we had to move rooms from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor. The second room we were in, we found on day 1, there was a constant leak of water running down the inside of the wall on the outer edge of the shower, and rolling out of the wall on top of the baseboard and leaving a constant trickle of water in the bathroom, mildly flooding the bathroom floor. We notified the staff and just kept towels on the floor to absorb the water. The dishwasher was completely detached from the countertop secured fasterner, and when we opened the dishwasher, the entire dishwasher tilted out and forward, coming out from underneath the kitchen counter. While we were there, the cable TV was so unavailable that we got only about 3 channels. The staff said they are aware of it and working on getting a new cable company. However, during the full week we stayed, there was essentially no TV available. In addition, due to the TV function not allowing us to download our own streaming apps, we had to watch TV from my computer, plugging in an HDMI cable to the TV and projecting our streaming apps onto the TV. There were only 2 plates, and 2 each of a fork, spoon, butter knife, and cups in the room. Poorly appointed for a longer-term stay. Finally, on the very last day we were checking out, the condensate drain on the air conditioning unit started overflowing into the room. We got out of that place as fast as we could. Oh wait....only to encounter multiple days of returning to the hotel in the evenings being overtaken by smoke from people outside smoking pot/weed, every night. It was sickening. These are the 'guests' who we clearly saw were living there. We will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.

Sorry but AC very loud. We have big room with small kitchen but bed close to AC mostly middle the night little scary 🔊🤷‍♀️

Cleanliness and overall quality were horrible. First room I was placed in smelled like someone had smoked cigarettes in it for years. The second room they tried to accommodate me with felt like there was moisture living in the walls and the shower floor looked like it had never been cleaned. I turned my key back within 10 minutes of being there. They never checked me out from my stay and they refuse to offer a refund when I was not a guest of the hotel.

There’s one elevator for four floors. Took elevator going up and used staircase to go back down. The room was not clean. The floors throughout the whole room needed a thorough cleaning, the shower still had residue from previous stay. There was a stench of mildew. The restroom fan had water droplets around it. Had to leave the fan running all day and night. The recliner would not fold back down. The mattress was super hard and some of the pillow cases had stains on it. Water pressure was a little weak.

I did not like the cleanliness of the hotel my room unfortunately smelled like cigarette smoke. I left out to go and get cleaning supplies to sanitize my room more. The floors were still sticky. There was hair left in the bathroom shower.

Well the first day there room 114 was infested with roaches they had to bomb the room, then we were moved to room 209 and the toilet didn’t flush and tv didn’t work so they moved us to a third room on the 3rd floor room 303 I think but it was right by the elevator that room had roaches as well and I have a video of it. The whole stay was an inconvenience especially with a sick husband having to move back to back like that.
