Pros:

The location is great as you can take public transportation to and from Venice, which is very convenient.

The hotel seems to be renovated, but it still needs a bit more care.

The receptionist at our arrival was helpful and nice

Cons:

If you need air-conditioning, forget this hotel. That night we stayed, it didn't work, and the room was at 31,6°C...it was a nightmare. We couldn't almost sleep a bit. We opened the window, but as it is in route, there was traffic all night

The following day, the receptionist who was there didn't know how to ask for a taxi, so we had to call for it.

La posizione, comoda per la fermata dell'autobus per Venezia.

Cons:

La stanza non era molto pulita, con polvere sui mobili e muri sporchi, e si sentivano distintamente i rumori provenienti dalla strada.

Pros:

The staff accommodated our late check in and we're very helpful. The bedsheets were changed daily. The location was good, close to directing transportation to Venice.

Die Lage und das kostenlose Parken ist das einzig positive im Hotel. Ich würde aufgrund des Personals nicht nochmal komm

Das Bett war bequem, die Lage war gut und der kostenlose Parkplatz war super.

Cons:

Das Personal hat mir bei der Ankunft kein willkommenes Gefühl übermittelt, obwohl es keinen großen Andrang gab. Ich musste für meinen Hund 20€ für eine Nacht bezahlen, worüber ich vorab nirgends informiert wurde. Das waren 50% vom eigentlichen Hotelpreis on top. Als mir mitgeteilt wurde, dass ich nun ins Zimmer kann war es doch nicht fertig und dann wurde schnell schnell Decken, Handtücher etc. bereitgestellt. Es gab einen Stromausfall. Der Feueralarm ging um 01:00 Uhr los und hat uns erstmal geweckt und erschrocken. Vom Frühstück habe ich leider überhaupt nichts gesehen. Bei der Abreise war man übertrieben freundlich und der Hotelmitarbeiter wollte die Bewertung über mein Handy selber eingeben und abschicken, was ich verneinte. Ich würde nicht nochmal dort schlafen aufgrund der beschriebenen Umstände.
