Categories

Cleanliness
9.2
Repeated mentions of 'Sehr sauber', 'clean', 'spacieuse et propre' and cleanliness called out positively in multiple reviews; overall very good housekeeping.
Service
9
Numerous comments praising attentive, friendly and professional staff ('atencioso', 'freundliches Personal', 'great hospitality'); consistently strong service throughout reviews.
Location
9.2
Very frequently described as central, perfect or superb location near the old town and attractions; location is a standout strength.
Room Quality
9
Many guests note comfortable beds, spacious, tasteful rooms and large functional bathrooms; one comment about a too-firm bed slightly lowers a perfect score.
Amenities
8
Breakfast facilities and parking garage mentioned positively, but several guests reported parking availability/space issues and a desire for outdoor seating; mixed but generally good.
Value for Money
8.4
Several guests state the price/service is appropriate ('Pris og service lige i øjet') though a few mention it can feel slightly expensive—overall fair value.
Food and Beverage
9
Breakfast repeatedly praised as very good, varied and with local products; minor notes about timing of some items and a request for hand sanitizer at the buffet only.
Overall Experience
8.6
Multiple 'Excellent' and 'Superbe séjour' comments and many guests saying they'd return; small operational drawbacks (parking, occasional maintenance) temper an otherwise excellent stay.
