The view was exceptional. Morning breakfast on the Bosphorous was the highlight of the trip. Rooms are spacious and clean. Most of the staff are friendly and welcoming. Being a renovated castle, staying there takes you back centuries.
I would have given a 10 rating except for a few mistakes (un-intentional). In one instance our luggage was missed and in another we found an insect in the salad (could have dropped there) while bringing the food. In both cases the staff reacted appropriately. When busy, service could be slow.

Four Seasons is always a consistent experience, this hotel was no different.
We had a delightful stay here, albeit very short.
Our room was large and comfortable, perhaps a little dated, but clean tidy and well maintained.
The team were extremely friendly, warm and welcoming.
We managed to squeeze in a visit to their bar and Aqua restaurants both were very good and we would recommend.
First of all, I would like to mention that my expectations were higher, but the reality did not fully match them.
However, the hotel was clean, the rooms were cleaned daily, and the staff were friendly. We especially liked the restaurants and the breakfast.
We stayed at the hotel for 3 days, and overall it was good. However, I think the pillows should be changed — they were too soft for comfortable sleep.
I would definitely recommend choosing a sea-view room; otherwise, it is not really worth the price.
Additionally, having to book the Turkish bath in advance does not create a very good experience.

During our visit to the hotel, which is located quite far from central areas, we were particularly disappointed by the unprofessional and overly casual attitude of Ms. Ebru, who introduced herself as a sales representative. Her behavior unfortunately cast a shadow over the reputation of your institution.
Additionally, the overall quality seems to have declined compared to the past, and the breakfast menu was rather limited. Overall, I do not consider this to have been a very satisfying experience.
For these reasons, I am giving a low rating. Thank you.
Due to closing time of SPA, the staff in the SPA kind of pushing the customer out of facility, which made me feel stressed in stead of relaxing that is something customer needs to feel in the SPA.
This hotel offers an absolutely unique and breathtaking view that makes the stay unforgettable. Waking up to the scenery feels like a dream, and every moment spent here is truly special. The atmosphere combined with the stunning panorama creates a perfect escape from everyday life.
