Bon point pour la situation géographique et l’accès à l’hôtel (même à une heure tardive). Literie confortable. Bon petit déjeuner également (choix).

Cons:

Insonorisation à revoir (on entends énormément le passage des autres clients dans les couloirs même s’ils font entends sorte de ne pas faire beaucoup de bruit). Équipement bébé TRÈS insuffisant ; j’avais fait une demande de lit bébé dans chacune des 2 chambres (qui est proposé lors de la réservation des chambres en ligne). N’ayant eu aucun retour (positif ou négatif à ma demande), nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de voir qu’il n’y avait aucun lit bébé d’installer.. heureusement nous en avions un dans la voiture mais compliqué de faire dormir des jumelles de 16 mois dans le même lit parapluie…
Idem au petit déjeuner, 1 seule chaise haute ..
J’ai notifié ces désagréments à mon départ à la personne de l’accueil qui m’a expliqué que le seul lit bébé qu’ils avaient était cassé (il faudrait penser peut-être aller en acheter un nouveau non ?).
Bref ces quelques points ont rendus notre court séjour chez vous peu agréable.
