Gute Lage, Klimaanlage und Frühstück haben Verbesserungspotenzial
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut und das Parkhaus hat einen direkten Zugang zum Hotel. Es gibt eine kostenlose Karte für den ÖPNV, mit der man relativ weit kommt. Nach Norden bis nach Engen und nach Westen bis nach Büsingen.

Cons:

Obwohl der Preis nicht gerade günstig ist, muss man nochmals 13 €/Tag für das Parken bezahlen. Unter Klimaanlage stelle ich mir was anderes vor. Die zentrale Klimaanlage lässt nur wenig Spielraum, das Zimmer zu kühlen und wirklich runter kühlen lässt sich der Raum damit nicht. Der Frühstücksraum ist ziemlich überlaufen und die Brötchen sind auch keine qualitative Bäckerware. Der Rest vom Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung.

Für eine Städtetour idealer Standort. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe. Innenstadt fußläufig erreichbar.
Auch das Glutenfreie Frühstück hat geklappt.

Sehr gut für Kurzaufenthalt in Konstanz
Pros:

Frühstück Auswahl ausreichend, alles frisch und lecker, am Wochenende sehr voll.
Lage sehr gut, mit dem Bus nur 10 min zum Bahnhof
komfortables Zimmer
Bar bis mind. 23:00h geöffnet mit sehr nettem Personal und guter Auswahl

Cons:

Frühstück hätte noch ein paar bessere Sitzmöglichkeiten gebraucht, war aber nicht schlimm

Sehr gute Lage - Altstadt fußläufig zu erreichen
Pros:

Lage hervorragend - nahe an der Altstadt - sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Frühstück sehr abwechslungsreich und immer gut aufgefüllt.
Personal freundlich
Zimmerservice alle 3 Tage bzw. auf Anforderung - Frische Handtücher können jederzeit an der Rezeption abgeholt werden.

Gutes, empfehlenswertes Hotel.
Pros:

Lage und Ambiente sehr gut. Nettes Personal und gutes Frühstück. Zimmer war geräumig und die Betten waren sehr komfortabel. Alles sehr sauber.

Cons:

Automatisches Check in funktionierte nicht, dadurch längere Wartezeit.

Zentrale Lage, gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Polizeiwache in unmittelbarer Nähe. Pro Nacht fährt Polizei mindestens zweimal mit Sondersignal am Hotel vorbei und weckt mindestens alle,die mit offenem Fenster schlafen.
Zimmerservice nur alle drei Tage ist etwas zu wenig.

Für einen Städtetripp nach Konstanz ideal durch die Lage.
Pros:

Zimmer sind zweckmäßig - praktisch, Frühstücksauswahl ordentlich, alles frisch und lecker, es wurde zeitnah aufgefüllt. Lage des Hotels gut, etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Innenstadt. PKW konnte in der Tiefgarage direkt unter dem Hotel (aber nicht zum Hotel gehörend) geparkt werden.

Cons:

Achtung: auch in diesem Hotel wird man durch Aushang im Fahrstuhl schriftlich darauf hingewiesen, dass die Zimmer planmäßig nur alle drei Tage gereinigt werden. Wir lasen das und haben direkt die tägliche Reinigung angemeldet, die dann auch geklappt hat. Ich halte das Reinigen der Zimmer für eine Kernleistung der Hotels. Ob man uns mündlich nochmal auf diesen Umstand hingewiesen hätte, weiß ich nicht. Es ist allerdings eine leider mittlerweile verbreitete Unsitte, die Zimmerreinigung nicht mehr täglich anzubieten.

Pros:

Очень приятное и удобное расположение,на территории отеля бар,с пострянный доступ напитков,чай,кофе.Я приехала как то около полуночи,было дождливо,мне без проблем в чашку налили кипятка,было приятно вечером в номере выпитт свой чай.Огромное пространство для завтраков,удобное и красивое.Рядом наьережная и отличный ресторан немецкой кухни.Я никогда не любила немецкую кухню,но,зайдя в день приезда (ближе ничего не было),мне понравилось.Отличная траспортная развязка в любцю точку Констанца.Кроме того,пешком мин 10 в центр,набережная,порт.Вообщем,приятное послевкусие комфортна осталось после этого отеля.

Cons:

Только 1 момент:некоторые комнаты,скорее всего,ранее были как одно целое.Между ними дверь,она,конечно,закрыта,НО акустика.Слышны разговоры и звук будильника.Возможно,и другие звуки🙃Но мне повезло:кроме обычных пазговоров и булильника ничего.Было странно,НО для меня не критично,так как я,была в командировке и мой будильник также кого то наверняка всполошил😀Плюс я много времени также разговаривала по телефону,так что если у кого то и были претензии к акустике в отеле,но не у меня,а ко мне🙃
