Pros:

A really beautiful and clean hotel with very good service.
Clean swimming pool.

Cons:

It’s not possible to take photos in the dining room, even though I explained that I’m not publishing them anywhere.
At other hotels, however, it is possible to take photos.

Great stay
Pros:

The last time I was in this hotel was about 13 years ago and not much has changed ( I visited more than 150 times for work)
The beds and pillows were as comfy as I remember . The food is really good still with quite a few items still on the menu from years ago
Although the staff has changed everyone here is very friendly especially Daniel at the pool bar.
Breakfast is varied and good quality
The Italian was great although I think portions are huge
Poolside bar is very consistent everything was lastly and well presented.
Security is great as well.

Two things that have annoyed me though and can be rectified for future guests
Leaf blower out around outside bar at 1am in the morning and 6 am on some days , very unfair on guests facing this area .
We bought two rooms we had 2 in one room and 1 in another. But only one person in each room had breakfast included
I have never ever come across this before surely if two are in one room breakfast should be included for both ?

Anyway it was a great stay and we still enjoyed the hotel

Pros:

The location is good. Easy Access to everywhere on the mainland

Cons:

The room was not comfortable. Bathroom is zero with water coming out to the room. No toiletries. Start calling to ask as if I beg to lodge

Quite disappointed!
Pros:

The pool area was fine and also the gym. The Italian restaurant at the hotel was very good and the personnel there were nice and friendly. Friendly service there.

Cons:

The majority of the staff was arrogant and very unwilling to help in any matter. "Can you come later", was a phrase we heard a lot. It took us more than an hour to check in (without queue).They started to fuss about us not having breakfast included, even though it clearly stated so in the booking.

Wonderful stay.
Pros:

I have stayed here for a day and had a pleasant experience.Hotel was clean with a nice restaurants and souvenir shop located inside.They also have a nice gym,tennis court and heated pool.Staff were friendly and ready to assist anytime.Better to have cash in hand before staying here as they dont accept apple pay and need to present physical ATM card.
As it is Friday,they have a band playing jazzy mixed popular pop songs located at their pool bar with a nice ambiance and cool vibes.
Room was clean and have comfortable bed,I would like to commend Mr Williams who made my stay an amazing one,he was assigned at the 3rd floor and always welcome guests with a genuine smile and assists them if they have queries.
A wonderful stay I must say.
