Die Lage ist in Ordnung. Das Personal an der Rezeption wirklich überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer war ebenso sehr sauber.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war für den Preis (17Euro) sehr schlecht! Im Bad waren Lüftung und Duschhalterung defekt. Die Vorhänge im Zimmer waren durchlöchert. Klare Mängel im Hotelmanagement!

Il servizio deposito bagagli è comodissimo per chi vuole finire di visitare la città dopo il check-out

Érkezéskor a recepciós hölgy nem volt túl barátságos a szemünkbe sem nézett (a többi recepciós kedves és segítőkész volt), superior szobát foglaltam mivel babával utaztunk és kértünk kiságyat a babának gondoltuk így több helyünk lesz de a szoba úgy nézett ki mint a fotókon a standard szoba, párom le ment a recepcióra meg kérdezni, hogy biztos jó szobát kaptunk-e mert a képek alapján ez a standard mire közölték, hogy a képek nem teljesen valóságnak megfelelőek. Szerettünk volna takarítást kérni a szobába ezért ki is raktuk az ajtóra a kis táblát délelőtt 10-11 óra között majd mikor este 17 órakor vissza tértünk a szoba nem volt ki takarítva, párom le ment a recepcióra és szólt mondták mindjárt küldenek valakit, el telt egy óra és sehol senki megint szóltunk a recepción mondták hogy mostmár tényleg rájuk szólnak, el mentünk boltba és mikor vissza értünk még mindig nem lett tiszta a szoba itt már csak szerettünk volna friss törölközőket kapni mert fürdetés ideje volt a kislányunknak így a párom újra le ment a recepcióra ott azt mondta a hölgy hogy nekik azt mondta a szoba lány hogy már járt a szobában de akkor utána néznek. Így végül valamikor este 19 óra után kaptunk tiszta törölközőket. Egy 4*-os hoteltől nem ezt vártam volna
