Sehr gutes Hotel, gute Lage, schönes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, Personal freundlich, zuvorkommend.
Pros:

Auswahl passt - ausreichend, aber nicht übertrieben - war ein sehr gutes und vielfältiges Frühstück - wurde immer wieder nachgefüllt.

Pros:

Wir bekamen erst ein Zimmer zugewiesen dass extrem nach altem, kalten Rauch roch. Es wurde nach unserer Reklamation ohne Umschweife getauscht

Cons:

Extrem weiche durchgelegene Bettmatratzen.

Lage und Personal sind ok und absolut freundlich. Die Lage des Zimmers und die Auswahl des Frühstückbuffets waren bei de

Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren sauber und ok.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war leider Richtung Innenhof und um 5:15 war es mit der Nachtruhe vorbei, da anscheinend der Küchenbetrieb los ging. Zumindest lässt der Lärm und Küchengeruch das vermuten.

Все ок расположение, завтрак и персонал, но только если контролируешь выполнение просьб.
Pros:

Отличное расположение, хороший завтрак.

Cons:

У ребенка была плохая кровать с некомфортный матрасом. После ночи на ней болела спина. Сообщили персоналу на стойке регистрации утром после завтрака , пообещали поменять.
К сожалению, к 18:00 ничего не изменилось. Обратились еще раз к персоналу- они извинились, пообещали устранить проблему в течении 15 минут.
К 10 вечера ничего никто не сделал. Только после еще одного настойчивого обращения на стойку регистрации привезли новую кровать.

an der U4/U6 gelegen, gute Parkmöglichkeit

Cons:

kleines schlechtes Frühstücksbuffet, defekter Laminatboden (kein Holzboden im Zimmer wie in Beschreibung), schlechter Geruch im Zimmer, durchgelegene Matratzen, abgekratzte Gangwände, kein Zimmerservice täglich, Plastikbecher im Bad, unpersönlich
