The location and a very comfy mattress
Small room, basically decorated, not as expected as shown in the photos which show much more individual decor and generous rooms.
A gem of a hotel. In the center of things with very pleasant front desk staff, knowledgeable and friendly, delicious and satisfying breakfast and coffee at the ready. The beds are very comfortable and the room was extremely clean. Thanks for a wonderful stay! We would definitely return.
When we checked in, we met Mathilde, who was very kind and helped us by suggesting a few places in Oslo to visit based on our interests. During our stay, we also ate breakfast and dinner in the hotel which was very good. The rooms were also exceptional and very comfortable. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated a friendly face at the front desk each time we entered and left the hotel. Thank you Mathilde!

Great service and comfortable bed , outstanding breakfast. Front desk service checking in and afterwards was top notch, particularly from Brage! The only thing that kept this review from being 5 stars is the poor lighting in the lavatory, absence of face clothes, and a very watery floor after showering due to the absence of a curtain or shower door while showering.

We had a very nice stay at the hotel. We had a deluxe room with a king sized bed. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size. Breakfast was very good. The staff were very nice as well. Especially Mathilde and Jørgen. We would stay here again.
The design and the rooms we chose were spacious. The ladies in the reception were so sweet. Super loved all ballerina hanged arts and the beautiful chandeliers. The slippers were the best part - they were super comfortable and had "Drama" written on one pair and "Queen" on another; how cute! They even managed to make us enjoy the slow elevator- very creative.
They didn't have someone to pick up our bags. We had to do it on our own.
Great service in the reception upon arival. Room and ambiance was superb. The scent in the hotel , the Coconut , is a top boutique hotel trade mark. I also like the general theme with the theatre history. My door had a logo "Costume Designer" :)
The departure was equally nice - think it is the ambiance and crew that gives my highest score. - I`ll be back !
