Pros:

最初は入り口が分からず大分遠回りしてしまいましたが基本駅近だったのでとっても便利でした。部屋も綺麗で良かったと思いました。
また朝食も美味しく食べ過ぎてしまいました。
特にカレーライスがとっても美味しかったのでお土産で買って帰りました。

Cons:

特にありませんが、しいて言うならウェルカムドリンクみたいなのがあればベストでした。
入り口も少し分かりづらかったです。

素晴らしいホテルでした。ありがとうございました。
Pros:

眺めの良いお部屋をリクエストさせて頂き、希望通りでしたので同伴のパ－トナ－も満足してくれていました。

Cons:

アメニティバ－のカウンター上に並んでいる物は直ぐ見て分かったのですが、側面の下部にもボディタオルやドリップコーヒーが設置されてた事をチェックアウト時迄気付かず、それまで無いものと思って対応していたので、見易く設置されていると良かったかなと思いました。

good enough that we returned after our first stay
Pros:

the hotel was centrally located (relatively easy access from the train/subway); though it was a little difficult to find the actual entrance. Excellent views of the harbour, though we paid extra for the bayside rooms

Cons:

a little confusing trying to get to the hotel, with luggage. there are escalators and elevators in the train station and subway, but a little confusing to navigate (instructions would have been appreciated on the website)
