快適に過ごせました。
Pros:

桜木町駅すぐそばにあり、建物内の商業施設で食事や日用品の買い物が完結します。みなとみらいにも歩いて向かえる距離で、ホテル内での時間も比較的快適でした。シティビューでは空が晴れていれば大きな窓から富士山が見えます。

Cons:

アメニティをロビーで選んで部屋に持っていくのが少し手間でした。

從上面往下看港灣的景色很漂亮

とても景色が良く綺麗なホテルでスタッフさん皆さんみんな親切でした。
夜のバーも美味しく頂きました。
朝食も種類があり美味しかったです！

一人で来ていた御老人にも朝食案内を丁寧にしていて、娘と良いスタッフさんばかりだねと話しながら朝食食べました。

Pros:

Une chambre de belle dimension avec une vue panoramique à couper le souffle. Le staff est pro et efficace. Un hôtel de très bon standing bien situé pour rayonner à Yokohama avec la gare de Sakuragicho juste à côté. Toutes les commodités à côté ( food court, supermarché, centre commercial dans le même complexe)

お客さんの目線、立場で考えられてない❗️
Pros:

朝食は色々選べて良かった。

Cons:

ホテルロビーまでの案内が殆ど無く、初めて来た人は、エレベーターを探すのに困る。
また、色んな角度から来た時に、案内を目立つ方法で有れば、良いと思う、このままなら2度と泊まりたく無い。
