Pros:

Staff, room and breakfast were all fantastic. We wished we had booked a few more days in Lyon.

Cons:

The stairs to first floor with luggage is tough, but you are warned upfront about them. We decided the stay there far outweighs having to climb flight of stairs.

A very comfortable stay with lovely staff and a wonderful location for first timers in Lyon!
Pros:

The staff were incredible, nothing was too much trouble. We sought a room upgrade after our first night and they did everything they could to accommodate it which we really appreciated! A very charming historic property with lovely staff!

Cons:

Our initial night in the room we booked was a little quirky, but this was remedied by staff promptly. Also, if stairs a problem there is no elevator to the first floor where reception is. Did not bother us though.

Great location - walkable to everywhere. Quiet room onto the courtyard. Pleasant staff and lovely room with comfortable bed.

Cons:

Found breakfast a little overwhelming and expensive. Only took it once.
