A good place to stay for a short break in Le Mans!
Pros:

Great city location with the bonus of parking! Good sized room with good facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful particularly Julio!

Cons:

Room was a little warm - mainly due to the ambient temperature!

Pros:

Great central location with excellent, inclusive breakfast options, a relaxing lounge, and friendly, helpful staff—especially Julio, who was a fantastic host and very knowledgeable about the area and local attractions. :)

Cons:

Unfortunately the shower-head holder on the main unit was broken; however, the shower itself worked fine and didn’t negatively impact our stay. This is very nit-picky, nothing that I would say I didn’t like.

Convenient hotel for short stay
Pros:

Breakfast was nice.

Cons:

The area around the hotel had unsavory characters past a certain time in the evening. Be aware, the car park has only 16 places for parking so first come first serve. Trainee staff are very brave to take on all tasks without being overseen. Management seems non-existent.

Absence de ventilateur alors qu’il n’y a pas de climatisation.
Zone fumeur sur la terrasse juste sous les fenêtres des chambres sachant qu’il n’y a pas de clim et que les fenêtres sont ouvertes.

Gutes Hotel für einen Zwischenstopp auf Frankreichreise

Das Hotel war gemäß Beschreibung und unseren Erwartungen gemäß ein einfaches, ordentliches Touristenhotel, Zimmer gut, Parkplatz vor dem Hotel sehr praktisch (wenn auch etwas eng), ruhig gelegen, fußläufig mit ca. 10-15 Minuten in die Innenstadt für uns perfekt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstücksbüffet einfach.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück am zweiten Morgen haben wir leider erlebt, daß ein (sehr freundlicher) Praktikant, der erst seit einer Woche da war, zwischen Rezeption und Frühstücksraum alles alleine organisieren mußte und offensichtlich noch überhaupt nicht genauer wußte, was er tun sollte (z.B. genügend Brot, Butter etc. am längst vor Schließzeit leeren (kleinen) Buffet aufzufüllen). Wir konnten dabei sehen, daß die dahinter liegende Küche völlig mit schmutzigem Geschirr und leeren Flaschen vollgestapelt war. Diese organisatorische Kritik geht an seine Vorgesetzten, nicht an den Praktikanten! Für unsere Erwartungen trotzdem ein gutes Hotel für 2 Nächte.

Geweldig.
Pros:

We hadden een mooie grote kamer. Er werd rekening gehouden met onze minder validiteit. De gastheer ter plekke wat uitermate vriendelijk, enthousiast en aardig.

Cons:

Het parkeren was goed maar best krap. Dat is overigens in het centrum te begrijpen.
