Decent but manage your expectations
Pros:

Overall good stay. Food was lovely. Rooms are nice and big. Gym was okay compared to other hotel gyms in area. Staff helpful when prompted but not overly proactive.

Cons:

Service for dinner our first night was incredibly slow. There was a wedding on so perhaps that affected. It took three hours for three courses and they forgot our wine. The next night it was a LOT better. Staff generally try to help but our welcome was a little flat, no explanation of facilities etc. Breakfast they ran out of bread and pastries but as soon as pointed out the server rectified. Overall people individually doing their best but overall service was a little off for the quality of the place. It didn’t seem like anyone was in charge. There were also lots of dirty plates and glasses around the property throughout our stay which isn’t what you expect for the type of venue. We went to bar wanting a drink a couple times and nobody about. Just seemed like more attention to detail is needed service wise.

Magnifique! Je reviendrai rapidement
Pros:

Superbe ! Nuit de noces
Personnel aux petits soins, surclassement, nourriture au top, hygiène superbe.
Calme, raffiné et romantique. Très bien en famille aussi.

Cons:

Sèche cheveux impraticable et vétuste.

L'hôtel est exactement comme il ressemble,"féérique"❤️, un personal très gentil et serviable, en particulier à la récepion( Merci beaucoup Imane et Siema), mais tous les autres étaient aussi super. Le restaurant était également très bonne, malheureusement le temps d'attente le soir était trop long. Dans l'ensemble, un très beau séjour et nous reviendrons très volontiers👍🫶

Le temps d'attente pour le dîner était beaucoup trop long🙄

Pros:

La demi-pension comprise dans le prix était un vrai plus ainsi que la qualité des produits.
La piscine même si elle n'était pas très chaude est un plus avec les serviettes de bain fournies.
Les produits dans les salles de bain de la marque l'Occitane en Provence trop bien.

Cons:

La quantité au petit déjeuner notamment dû au fait qu'il manquait certainement un peu de personnel qui devait être disponible pour un mariage.

Pros:

Oh my goodness… we loved this brilliant slightly eccentric hotel so much we booked a second night while we were still there! The pool is lovely, the restaurant is great and the staff are so helpful

Es ist ein Schloss. Wer darauf steht, ist hier richtig. Restaurant auch beliebt bei Franzosen. Zu recht.

Reposant et esthétiquement magnifique !
Pros:

Le lieu est incroyable, un havre de paix à Chambéry et la piscine est très agréable.
Les personnels de l’hôtel et du restaurant sont particulièrement sympathiques et chaleureux.

Cons:

À défaut d’être logés dans la bâtisse principale, nous avons hérité d’une chambre située dans une annexe, confortable certes mais inattendue !
