A lovely place to stay
Pros:

Great location, good breakfast. This is our 2nd visit.

Cons:

Complimentary towels were not available at the pool on Day 2 . We had to ask at Reception twice for this to be remediated.
The bar at the pool was not restocked on Day 2 . Again people had to get Reception to do this.
The hair conditioner dispenser in bathroom was empty on Day 2 and was not replenished.
The tv channels were not working on Day 1. This was fixed.
All small glitches but while we really love coming to the Chateau the general level of service was not as good this Summer as last year. We wondered if the young staff were new to their positions and unsure about their area of responsibility.

Cons:

Pas au standard d'un établissement 4 étoiles. Literie moyenne, mal au dos au réveil. Ménage insuffisant, couche de poussière impressionnante et toiles d'araignée sur les cadres. Porte serviette rouillé dans la salle de bains. Espaces communs à l'entretien approximatif.

Encanto, tranquilidad y gran servicio

Hemos estado 3 noches en el Château de Candie una familia española de 7 personas y la experiencia ha sido excelente. El hotel es precioso, con mucho encanto y rodeado de un entorno tranquilo y espectacular.
El desayuno es maravilloso, con productos de gran calidad y mucha variedad. Queremos destacar también la amabilidad y profesionalidad del personal, que nos hizo sentir como en casa durante toda la estancia.
La ubicación es perfecta para disfrutar de la zona y descansar en un ambiente único. Sin duda, ha sido una estancia fantástica y repetiremos cuando volvamos a la región.

Cons:

Al estar la suite encima de la sla de desayunos, se escuchaba algo de ruido desde las 7 de la mañana. Aun así, la calidad del desayuno y de la habitaicón compensó con creces este pequeño detalle. MARAVILLOSO !

Schönes Chateau, mit viel Charme kommen wieder
Pros:

Top Lage, absolut ruhig, Zimmer geräumig mit Balkon, Waldblick. Bad und separates WC. Tolles Frühstück und Mega Halbpension, echt super!! Ein Dank an das Restaurant, trotz Hitze alle sehr aufmerksam. Self Service Bar, Schöner Pool haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Gutes Parken direkt am Hotel.
