Beautiful, peaceful property, lovely pool and great breakfast
Pros:

Loved the pool, the views by the lake, the lovely indoor bar area, the breakfast! The room and balcony were spacious, the property was gorgeous. Gardone Rivera is a lovely location on the lake, and much more peaceful than some of the other towns

Cons:

Nothing! But just to note, especially in the heat, you needed a car, or taxi to get places, walking along the main road to get to dinner or catch ferry was not really a (pleasant) option.

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage direkt am See!
Tolles Frühstücksangebot und auch das Abendessen á la Carte war sehr gut.

Cons:

Das einzige Manko war, das die Klimaanlage im Apartment etwas zu wenig gekühlt hat.

Cons:

As bone hotel was wonderful but the staff were what made the stay memorable, very friendly and professional team and the restaurant quality was top notch

Beautifully designed, stylish hotel
Pros:

A beautifully designed hotel. Very original and modern inside yet the character of the original building preserved. Excellent service particularly the staff at the front desk all of whom went over and above. Room very comfortable especially the bed and pillows and very well apportioned. Food also excellent and the location and views over the lake are perfect.

Cons:

A small quibble. We had our dog with us but there were no dog bowls in the room. He was very well looked after in the rest of the hotel though!

Zum entspannen und erholen wunderbar geeignet
Pros:

Lage direkt am Gardasee mit einem wunderbaren Blick. Das Personal ist freundlich und bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Alles gepflegt und sauber. Frühstück und Essen sind sehr gut. Würde sofort wieder hinfahren, wenn ich Zeit hätte

Pros:

Sehr schöne Location etwas gewöhnungsbedürtige Farben.

Cons:

Billiger Empfang pro secco. Schade. Kleinliche Abrechnung. Es wurde ohne weiteres der abgemachte Preis erhöht!

Pros:

Lage mit direktem Seezugang super, Straße allerdings stark zu hören . Zimmer super schön und sehr sauber alles im Haus und den Zimmern .

Cons:

Service am Pool, man musste immer bewusst hinlaufen um was bestellen zu dürfen. Sehr blinde Plastikgläser mit vielen Gebrauchsspuren, auf Nachfrage hieß es das dies am Geschirrspüler liegt . Kann sein , sollte dann aber öfter ausgetauscht werden oder andere Spülmittel benutzt werden. Geschirr an den Liegen stand stundenlang rum . Viele tolle Mitarbeiter, manche sollten noch etwas geschult werden was die Serviceorientierung angeht. Durch die zugehörigen Appartmens viele Kinder . War vor drei Jahren kein Problem, diesmal schon, allerdings eher ein Aufsichtsproblem einer Mutter.
Preise sind stark gestiegen , die Leistung nicht . Vorher waren wir in der perfekten Villa Cortine, vielleicht waren wir deshalb auch etwas enttäuscht .
