Cons:

When checking in the lady on reception was friendly and helpful, after this point the stay went down hill. The room we were given smelled awful of cigarette smoke, the manager came to the room and made it clear that he is a smoker and thinks it was fine. When we requested to change rooms he slammed the door to us in a really aggressive manner and muttered in French about ‘English people’. He made us feel extremely unwelcome.

Heerlijk verblijf met top eten.
Pros:

Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid en heel goed van kwaliteit, goed zwembad en veel extras, heerlijk hotel en zijn hier meerdere keren geweest. Het restaurant is altijd super lekker eten met mooie wijnen.

Bon séjour avec dépaysement, ce que l'on est venu chercher finalement
Pros:

Le dîner et les petits déjeuners étaient très bien, l'accès à l'hôtel très facile et les les abords sympathiques et calmes

Cons:

La chambre petite et sans balcon, le minibar sale à notre arrivée avec qu'une petite bouteille d'eau alors que nous étions deux ! Parking complet le 2ème soir à cause du manque de discipline des invités d'un mariage !!! :(

Pros:

Super Lage in der Champagne, tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Restaurant ist fantastisch! Unbedingt vorbuchen. Frühstück sehr gut und Personal äußerst hilfsbereit, noch kurzfristig eine Kellereiführung für uns gebucht. Schön mit dem Pool!

Cons:

Könnte in den Ecken etwas sauberer sein, aber ist ok. Auch das Mobiliar etwas abgewohnt.

Fijn hotel als uitvalsbasis om de champagnestreek te verkennen!
Pros:

Nette, ruime kamer met airco, koelkastje, thee- en koffiefaciliteiten. Er was een klein balkon en een ruime parking die 's avonds afgesloten wordt.
Het diner was bijzonder lekker!

Cons:

De badkamer is misschien eens aan een opknapbeurt toe. Heel goede douche maar de toiletpot was gebarsten en de plinten zaten los. Beetje jammer dat de grote tuin er wat verwaarloosd bij ligt.

Proprietario gentile che ci ha fatto accomodare alle 15.00 prima dell'orario chek in (16.30). Struttura molto bella ed elegante, ristorante buono e comodo perchè nel villaggio non ce ne sono. Vasto giardino intorno all'hotel

Forse il giardino andrebbe tenuto meglio perchè un pò trascurato. Peccato

Cons:

La salle du petit déjeuner pourrait être un peu améliorée… notamment concernant la place entre les tables pour le passage et l’organisation des buffets… quand plusieurs personnes font la queue devant la machine à café une partie des buffets n’est plus accessible aisément …
