De ligging en de prijs waren prima. Airco op de kamer was geweldig!
Aan de receptie waren ze heel behulpzaam.
Het was een heel rustig hotel. Stille kamer.

Cons:

We hadden geboekt voor een kamer met twin bedden en kregen er één met één bed. De lavabo op de badkamer liep slecht door, en het koffiezetapparaat op de kamer werkte niet.

Cons:

Check in war eine Katastrophe. Fand im benachbarten Hotel statt. Der Name dieses war schwer zu verstehen . Dann im Hotelparkhaus, kein Schild wo es zu dem passenden Zimmer geht…

Goed maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar!

De bedden

Cons:

De geur van het restaurant dat constant aanwezig was als je het raam opende. De airco’s die lawaai maakten. Voor het zwembad moest je naar andere locatie. De doorgang van de ingang van het hotel doorheen het ganse complex om op je kamer te geraken was niet van die mate dat je er graag door wandelde. Ontbijt was niet inbegrepen in de 257€, was niet goed aangegeven op website.
Je moest te voet van de E. Jameslaan parking J. Soete met koffer en nodige bagage naar het hotel, niet echt comfortabel!

Pros:

Ik kom al jaren naar dit hotel.
Perfect gelegen, altijd heel proper, je wordt altijd geholpen.

Cons:

1 minpuntje dit jaar is dat de airco in deze hitte het niet deed.
Ik ga daar niet kwaad om zijn omdat ik het niet gaan melden ben aan de balie.
Als het personeel daar niks van weet, kunnen ze daar ook niks aan doen.
