Stayed here many times. This is the first time I’ve been disappointed.

Location. Facilities.

Cons:

Despite asking several times my room was made up only twice in 6 days. Bathroom not cleaned, no fresh towels despite dirty ones being left in the bath and not removed, coffee machine not replenished, bed unmade. Large piles of soil on the outside patio where food was served. Room had no shelving on which to put clothes only hanging space.

total diferit de ceea ce se prezintă, respectiv se arată ca ar fi un hotel pe un vas când colo în realitatea e dezamăgitor parcă ar fi barăci.
Dezamăgitor și ospitalitatea, întoarce fost duși și aduși de un autovehicul, la recepție au intenționat să ne includă și parcarea autovehiculului care a fost în tranzit cu noi …

Vriendelijkheid van personeel

Cons:

Het is een 4-sterren hotel maar mijn kamer had geen airconditioning en ook geen koelkast terwijl het 30 graden was. Dit was enorm oncomfortabel en niet voor herhaling vatbaar. Een hotel zoals deze verwacht je op zijn minst een airconditioning zeker met deze warmte, in plaats van een half kapotte waaier.

De grootte van de kamer

Cons:

Geen airco, plafond onder het dak niet geisoleerd, een echte sauna, dit is totaal geen 4 sterren waardig
Avondeten trok op niks, tongfilets waren gestoomd of in microgolf opgewarmd i,p,v in de pan gebakken, niks van kruiden erop?? Groenten niet vers.

Mooie kamers, keurig opgeruimd hotel, lekker ontbijt

Cons:

Het was verschrikkelijk heet in de gangen en op de kamer. Raam helemaal open gehad en de ventilator ervoor gaf iets verkoeling. Maar het was nog steeds 28 graden

Je n ai pas pu profiter du centre spa car je n avais apparemment pas le bon maillots, il devrait en proposer à en acheter alors s il faut que des slip...

Underwhelming Accomodation
Pros:

Shower was good.

Cons:

The hotel needs a lot of TLC. II've stayed on several occasions previously & it has deteriorated. There are carpets in the corridors that are threadbare && the rooms definitely need to be redecorated & improvements to the non-existant aircon.
The reception/check-in can be more welcoming & staff need to be more pleasant & efficient. Unless things improve I wont be staying or recommending it to others. Soory guys but whilst the spa is brilliant the hotel is a letdown.

Wij zijn al diverse keren hier geweest.
Altijd prima kamers gehad.
Aardig personeel.
Makkelijk bereikbaar en genoeg parkeerplaatsen.

Cons:

Kosten parkeren.

Wij zijn diverse keren hier geweest en altijd goede kamers gehad. Nu kregen we een kamer waar de helft van t systeem plafond eruit lag. Vloerkleed vol met vlekken en schimmel in de douche.
