Perfect place to stay in the heart of Santana.
Pros:

The Hotel provided us with a suite during our stay at Hotel o Colmo, the personnel were vey helpful, and the suite was very big, with 2 rooms, bathroom, and 2 balconies. There is also a restaurant in the ground floor and a pool for the guests of hotel.

Hotel qui a eu son heure de gloire, mais est défraichi, n'est pas au niveau qu'il prétend
Pros:

Hotel bien placé, la disponibilité de la piscine est un plus, chambre tres grande et confortable avec un lit géant, un balcon sympathique, beaucoup de qualités, mais plusieurs "mais"

Cons:

Petit déjeuner disponible tardivement (8h, gênant pour les amateurs de randonnée et c'est l'endroit pour cela), personnel peu aimable ou absent (à la piscine par exemple). Equipements un peu vieillots, on ressent le manque d'entretien général et de remise à niveau. L'hotel / restaurant a organisé lors de notre séjour une réception, un mariage, bloquant tout accès au restaurant et générant un bruit de fête très fort jusque tard dans la nuit, en ne prévenant que le jour même, illustrant le manque de considération pour la clientèle

Bon emplacement. Hotel correct.
Pros:

Calme, vue avec le balcon, restaurant tres bien. Serviette à disposition gratuitement. Piscine interieure chauffée

Cons:

Hotel un peu vétuste. Petit dejeuner sans fruits frais ni yourt. Pas de clim ni ventilateur. Pas d'ouverture de la piscine interieure (légère étuve !!!!). Jacousi trop chaud (>40°C)

Disappointing stay and poor value for money
Cons:

The hotel feels run down, and, in my opinion, the price does not reflect the quality or service provided.

We asked whether our stay could be shortened by one day and offered to cover any commission or charges the hotel might incur. However, the manager told us there was absolutely nothing they could do because the booking was controlled by the booking platform, even though we paid directly at the hotel reception. A hotel claiming to have no flexibility at all regarding its guests’ stays does not feel right - it comes across as though they simply do not care.

Another major concern was the large number of caged birds kept on the property, which appeared to be in poor condition. In this day and age, that was very upsetting to see.

Mediocre.
Pros:

A very decent hotel with a nice swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and a good breakfast. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and well maintained. Restaurant is in the same builiding so you dont have to worry about lunch or dinner :)

Cons:

The only thing I would suggest is adding air conditioning to the rooms. If you open the windows to cool the room down, insects can easily get in and keep you awake all night!

Buona soluzione per Santana
Pros:

Le stanze sono spaziose e i letti comodi. Il bagno confortevole. La posizione é in centro, molto comoda, e c'é un ampio parcheggio. Buona la pulizia. La colazione, compresa nel prezzo, é veramente strepitosa, il mio voto deriva molto dall'abbondanza e varietà della colazione.

Cons:

Gli arredi sono decisamente vintage...un po' datati.

In die Jahre gekommen, eher was für große Events, nur 2 Steckdosen davon 1 defekt, Abfluss Waschbecken verstopft, Badewanneneinstieg nicht für jeden geeignet, Pflegezustand des Pools kritisch, (Grünspan am Poolrand,...), Frühstücksraum riesig, Angebot eingeschränkt, wenig Frisches (keine Tomaten, Gurken, nur Banane, vorgebrühter, lauwarmer Filterkaffee oder Instant-Kaffee aus der Maschine.... insgesamt haben wir uns nicht wohlgefühlt und waren froh nach 1 Nacht zu fahren.... 4 Sterne, großes?

Le meilleur hôtel au cours de mon voyage à Madère
Pros:

Personnel professionnel et sympathique. Super accueil chaleureux. Hotel très bien situé et très bien équipé. Le petit déjeuner est bon et avec beaucoup de choix.
