Great small hotel in the heart of Kosice
Pros:

The hotel location is excellent.
Situated just at the top of the High Street the hotel offers exceptional links to the surrounding areas and is a short walk from the cathedral and singing fountains.
Hotel staff are really welcoming and helpful and speak good English.
The breakfast offers a good choice of foods for what is a small hotel and the hotel restaurant was busy throughout the stay with locals and guests.
Large spacious rooms provide comfort throughout the stay and bathroom has a large bath/shower.
The hotels spa is bookable at reception for private use providing a personal and relaxing hour during your stay and the staff ensure this area is kept immaculate.

Having read previous comments this hotel surprised me. We went intending to use the hotel as just a base to sleep and wash but ended up spending alot of time enjoying the spa and bar area.

Cons:

The rooms decor is slightly worn with some slight wallpaper peeling in places however the rooms are kept very clean. The room temperature is controlled from reception and not within your room.

Cons:

Disappointing experience – nowhere near 4-star standard

We booked a Deluxe Room expecting a comfortable stay, but our experience was extremely disappointing due to numerous major issues:

Misleading room description: The room was advertised with a bathtub ("shower, bath") and a landmark view. In reality, there was only a small shower, and the "view" consisted of skylights looking directly at roof ventilation pipes with barely a glimpse of a church tower spire.

No proper heating: The bathroom radiator remained completely cold throughout our entire stay in mid-October. The only option provided was the room's AC unit, which we strongly dislike using due to the dry air and noise.

Lack of basic housekeeping: After our first night, there was no room service at all. Because of this and the cold bathroom, our used towels remained damp as they had no way to dry.

Cleanliness issues: The carpet had a persistent, stale smell, and we even found clothes left behind by a previous guest in the wardrobe.

Paying €216 for two nights under these conditions is completely unacceptable. This room does not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel. I cannot recommend this property until they address their description accuracy and service quality.

Perfect location, good breakfast hotel
Pros:

Perfect location, walking distance to countless restaurants and bars, parking is also included but you don't need a car in the city. Small breakfast area but pretty good variance and tasty breakfast with alternative milk options.

Cons:

Curtains were mostly for decor, not blackout curtains so it was bright in the morning (especially with the big windows on the top floor).

Pros:

Очень удобное месторасположение отеля в историческом центре Кошицы. Охраняемая парковка во дворе отеля, что тоже немаловажно.Отличные завтраки.Останавливаемся не первый раз по пути в Вену. И рядом два больших торговых центра- один европейского образца, а второй типа рынка Барабашов, кто знает, тот поймет ;) Отличная локация, рядом цветомузыкальный фонтан в сквере у костела, масса открытых площадок, где можно посидеть, любуясь фонтаном и попивая пиво, хорошо пообедать или поужинать и прогуляться по старому центру города.
