Pros:

Sehr schöne Villa idyllisch gelegen. Wir waren im historischen teil untergebracht .
Super, schöne Frühstückslocation. Toller Pprkähnlicher Garten. Toller Parkplatz vor dem Haus vor dem Haus Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Es lohnt sich ein Spaziergang zum See

Empfang und Personal immer nett und freundlich, Parksituation ist gut, da auch eine Tiefgarage vorhanden ist. Das Essen in dem Restaurant Scuderia ist Preislich ok, geschmacklich top und das Personal auch bei Hektik immer freundlich und schnell.

Cons:

Die Zimmer im Neubau sind bereits sehr verwohnt, das Chrom an den Armaturen abgescheuert, der Duschkopf und der Regenschauer komplett verkalkt, wie auch der Perlator vom Bidet (hier kommt nur Wasser, wenn man den Perlator entfernt!). Auch ist in der Dusche die Umschaltung von Regenschauer auf Handbrause defekt und nicht mehr vorhanden gewesen. Die Wände im Bad sind fleckig, Steckdosenabdeckungen fehlen und Lampen hängen schief von der Wand weg.
Eintritt in den Spabereicht 25 Euro pro Person für zwei Stunden... haben wir uns nicht gegeben.
Das Frühstück war für alle Gäste ein Ärgernis, hier fehlen mir echt die Worte.
Zu wenig Tische (die Leute warten teilweise im Vorraum auf einen Sitzplatz), zu wenig Auswahl an Wurst und Käse, Kaffee aus der Pumpkanne (nur auf Nachfrage gibt es auch richtigen Kaffee), viele Artikel nur in Plastik, Obstsalat aus der Dose, die gekochten Eier sind einfach aus und nicht nachzubekommen, Rührei ist Fertigei, Omlett auch auf Nachfrage nicht zu bekommen usw. usw.....
Das Personal war reichlich bemüht, aber unterbesetzt und nicht in der Lage, die Menschen zum Frühstück abzufertigen.
Das können teilweise Zwei- und Dreisterne- Hotels besser. So schön die Silhouette des Hotels, es rentiert sich nicht - Schade
