Pros:

Très bel hôtel, grande piscine, beau parc, parking privé, idéalement placé entre le lac Majeur et le lac de Côme. Bon buffet au petit déjeuner. Pizzeria sur place, pizzas servies rapidement et originales avec personnel sympathique.

Cons:

Fuyez le restaurant soit disant gastronomique de l'hôtel à part pour voir la déco. Menu très cher, cuisine médiocre, service interminable.
Le spa mériterait d'être plus chaud.

les produits au petit déjeuner sont de très mauvaises qualités (oeufs en poudre, jus de fruits en poudre) pour un hôtel qui se veut de standing c'est dommage
équipement de la chambre limite (pas de 2ème oreiller par ex), matériaux bas de gamme et finitions à revoir

Beautiful villa with 2 superb restaurants
Pros:

Lovely old villa with 2 excellent restaurants. The food and service in both were superb. Our room was in the new annex and it was large, clean and comfortable. Location is very quiet. We didn’t use the spa facilities or the pool but both looked nice. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi was really poor and very slow and it kept dropping out.

Pros:

Nydelig beliggenhet og gode fasiliteter.

Cons:

Hotellet gir mulighet for å ha med hunder og det er fint, men disse burde ikke fått adgang i restaurantene.

Het zwembad

Cons:

De service, de tv was stuk werd niet gemaakt
Achterstallige onderhoud, zoals schimmel in de douche
Ook niet schoon, oude zeep en resten.
Je kan er iets heel moois van maken maar zeker geen 4 sterren waardig

Das Haupthaus und auch das Nebengebäude, in welchem wir unterbracht waren, sind ein Augenschmaus. Elegant, Komfortabel, Zimmer sehr groß und geräumig, Klimaanlage, leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstück und freundliches Personal. Tolle Gartenanlage ums Gebäude herum.
