Better than a hostel, slept very well
Pros:

The location and the vibe. Upon arrival a priest i. Training invited me to join the evening prayer front row. It was interesting!
I slept like a baby so i guess the bed was good!

Cons:

The woman at checkin was very stressed/ not motivated. She seemed to have had a few a annoying guests that day.
The walk to the room upstairs in Building 6 is the last thing you want after a long day of hiking. The keys are huge and heavy and make a lot of noice esp when you don’t know which key is used where.
The breakfast was pretty good! Lots of selection and fresh fruit.

Een mooi monument, als hotel wat minder.
Pros:

De locatie is heel bijzonder, een monument en dat zie je in veel zaken terug, zoals vrijwel geen stopcontacten in de kamer, houtrot bij ramen en kozijnen.

Cons:

De kamer was niet heel schoon,stof ,aanslag in de badkamer en is onhandig ingericht.

De locatie vinden we prachtig

het vervangen van het badlinnen. Dit is niet 1 keer vervangen terwijl het op de vloer was gelegd.

Teleurstellend
Cons:

Helaas is ook dit hotel ten prooi gevallen aan de asielindustrie
Groepjes asielzoekers op het voorplein geven geen gevoel van rust. Dit is een vml abdij , welke idioot heeft dit verzonnen? De spreidingswet wordt door Kerkrade uitgevoerd. Lucht van hasj op de 2e etage van het hoofdgebouw!

Prijs en kwaliteit zijn okay
Pros:

Ontbijt neem ik nooit. locatie is okay en wat afgelegen maar kies ik met opzet. De badkamer zie hieronder.

Cons:

De vloer is niet echt schoon - in de douche zijn in tegelvoegen en hoeken zwarte schimmelplekken. Die kunnen met antischimmel zo weggehaald worden door de schoonmaker. Het sanitair en met name de wasbak vond ik ook niet echt fris.
