The breakfast is a rip off. Nothing is hot it’s just reheated in a microwave even the eggs… 18 euros for that is a bit much

Chiens admis dans l hôtel mais interdit au petit déjeuner et interdit de rester seul dans la chambre. Pas très cohérent 😏

Chambre supérieure en angle super
Les points positifs, la géolocalisation, le petit déjeuner et la literie.
La chambre ne correspond aux critères d'un 4 étoiles, pas d'intimité dans la salle de bain et les toilettes avec une porte coulissante qui sert pour l'un ou l'autre. Une fois douché, la porte coulissante transporte l'eau au toilette donc impossible de marché sans se mouiller. Le comble, si vous faites la grosse commission, merci de vous adresser à l'accueil pour obtenir une brosse.

Javais réservé une chambre PMR car je suis en situation de handicap. Signalement, paiement et réservation ok. Mais une gois arrivé à la réception pour récupérer mon badge, on m'a gentiment remise à ma place.
Paraît il que je ne peux pas dormir seule dans un lit parce que je suis en fauteuil !! J'ai dû trouver un autre hotel à 18h alors qur Toulouse etait surchargé de touristes.
C'est la première fois de ma vie dans les hôtels, qu'ils soient de 2* ou 5* qu'on m'oblige à trouver quelqu'un pour pouvoir avoir droit à mon lit , lit que j'ai payé!!
Alors personne en situation de handicap ou même juste personne anti-discrimination passez votre chemin.. pour ma part , j'ai fais un séjours de 15 jours au Novotel, un vrai hôtel et bien heureuse de ne pas avoir donné mon argent à cet établissement grotesque.

Even though the location is ideal, it is at a quite busy intersection at night which can be noisy at times.
