Great location, great value
Pros:

Great location. Efficient automated check-in. Lovely breakfast. The massage chair in the room was a treat.

Pros:

住了五天，早餐菜色差不多，但是日式煎魚、玉子燒、咖哩與未增湯真的相當美味！
交通與周邊機能極度優異！
服務人員都相當親切，不吝於提供相關協助

Cons:

房間空間略小，無法展開28吋的行李箱，但在寸土寸金的東京市中心是可以接受的

Pros:

Good location and easy access to all train stations. Staff was nice and the room was always clean.

Cons:

Room was really tiny, the double bed room had the bed up against the wall. Could barely open a suitcase. Bathroom was a decent size.

Pros:

L’accueil est des plus chaleureux. Le personnel a gardé nos valises car nous étions arrivés plus tôt que prévu pour le check in. La vue sur le shinkansen est trop top. Quartier sûr pour se balader la nuit, pas de problème. J’avais besoin d’un papier pour écrire une lettre et on me l’a donné très gentiment. Le personnel est disponible et s’est montré compréhensif en remarquant que je ne parlais pas japonais. Un grand merci.

珈琲が無かったので…置いて頂くようにお願いしていたら入ってました
お部屋は無駄がなくて過ごしやすいです
【宝塚スカイステージ】が観られるのがファンとしては嬉しいです

Cons:

マッサージチェアと机の間が狭いので…2人が同時に使おうとすると動かさなくてはいけないのが面倒
冷蔵庫の開け締めが狭くて面倒

Lage war gut.

Cons:

Die Fenster waren nicht zu öffnen, was dem Schlaf nicht zuträglich war. Kopfschmerzen am Morgen, schlechte Luft im Zimmer. Daher ein großer Minuspunkt. Sehr kleines Zimmer, das zudem mit einem Massagestuhl zugestellt ist. Für zwei Personen und somit auch zwei Koffer absolut ungeeignet. Ausreichend für eine Person.

Everything was bad
Pros:

The location is fine. That's it.

Cons:

- The room was unrealistically small, the smallest I've been to. There was no space to open my luggage: I packed it on the bed
- A window to the toilet? What a cringe. Moreover, the bed is adjacent to it with no space between the bed and the window...
- The bathroom itself is also very small, and there is even a warning to close the douche door to avoid causing a fire alarm due to steam
- The massage chair is small, my head was without any holder, so my neck became even more tired
- The toilet paper was even less than 1 layer; it just disintegrates into atoms
- The furniture was not fresh, with damage and defects
- There is one elevator/ladder to go up to the front desk and then separate elevators to go to the room floor...
- The hotel is near the train station. Even though we lived on the 13th floor, it was loud due to the upcoming trains, even with closed windows :(
- The pajamas were uncomfortable and in the incorrect sizes
- The hotel has 3 stars, but there's nothing to support it. I stayed in another 3-star hotel in Japan, and it was way better...

פעם שלישית במלון והם פשוט לא מאכזבים, מיקום מצויין, חדר אמנם קטן מאוד(!) אך מסתדרים ומאוד פרקטי, קרוב לכמה תחנות מטרו שימושיות ובמרחק הליכה מתחנת Tokyo. הטלוויזיה החכמה וכיסא המאסז׳ תמיד תוספת נחמדה. משתלם בטירוף ביחס למחיר, הצוות נהדר ואדיב.
