Location, outside decor, cocktail bar, pool sauna and hammas area.

Cons:

Bedroom decor was very bland, no character considering the style of the property. Too clinic. Terrible desk. Lighting was poor. No proper windows. Ac flow made it difficult to sleep. Cocktail bar glass floor looked terrible. Scratched, dirty between glass. Breakfast room was very basic and clinical. No character given the style of the property. Service was not 5 star. Price was way too high for what was offered.

Een hotel met klasse en aanzien, Geweldige personeelsploeg!
Pros:

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel was uitstekend en heel erg behulpzaam. Het personeel was heel geduldig en altijd aanspreekbaar. Houden zo! Er wordt zeer duidelijk ingezet op de klant is koning-methode.
De Valet-service was heel goed georganiseerd.
We hebben alleen ontbijt genomen, alles van voeding wat ze aanboden was kwalitatief zeer hoogstand.
De kamer was zeer proper ook housekeeping was zeer vriendelijk.
Goeie internet verbinding.
Goeie airco

Cons:

De douche zou meer privacy moeten bieden. Nu kan je losweg van in de slaapkamer kijken hoe iemand een douche neemt.
Het raam zou geblindeerd moeten worden.
Het uitzicht was beperkt en dat wisten we ook op voorhand, maar het is jammer dat het uitzicht uitgeeft op de achterkant van en tegenoverliggend appartementsblok.
Het raam zou ook meer open moeten kunnen dan enkel een kiertje.

Pros:

Personnel très agréable. Situation géographique excellente. Piscine et spa sont vraiment un atout de l’établissement.

Cons:

La décoration du bar (en travaux) et de la salle du petit déjeuner pourrait être embellie et ainsi être à la hauteur du cadre par ailleurs.

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt in einem historischem Haus aus dem leider nichts schönes gemacht wurde.

Der Service ist unprofessionell und entspricht in keinster Weise einem 5 Sterne Hotel!!!!
Der Zimmerservice erfolgte erst auf Reklamation.
Die Zuständgkeiten im Haus sind unzureichend geregelt.
Das Haus macht keinen freundlichen Eindruck.

TV vieillote, chambres manquant de couleurs ( nous étions dans une des petites chambres)
Prix du petit déjeuner trop élevé au regard de l'offre qui ne sortait pas de l'ordinaire
