Pros:

La posizione meravigliosa, così come la struttura del palazzo. Le stanze confortevoli e grandi. Buona e di livello la colazione.

Cons:

Forse le stanze sono un po’ fredde rispetto al contesto storico dell’edificio. Lo staff avrebbe potuto specificare meglio che nella nostra tariffa non era inclusa la colazione.

Pros:

L’hôtel est très beau puisque c’est un bâtiment très ancien et très bien placé sur Rouen centre-ville

Cons:

J’ai trouvé la chambre confortable mais pas exceptionnelle petite , robinetterie de douche de moyenne qualité
La salle de restaurant est petite et de décoration minimaliste, on pourrait s’attendre à mieux vu l’architecture de l’hôtel. Après je pense que les chambres réservées sur booking ne sont pas les mieux ! Peut être aussi une question de prix !

Perfect dog friendly stay, best hotel in Rouen
Pros:

Perfect stay, staff were polite, service was excellent and the hotel spotlessly clean. Pool, sauna and steam room included for hotel guests with robes slippers and fresh towels. Breakfast was outstanding, everything from salmon gravlax to eggs cooked to order. Would highly recommend. Really central location walk straight into the town square with plenty of sight seeing, bars and restaurants. The hotel was also truly dog friendly, the staff brought bowls and a blanket. If I ever return to Rouen, I'll be staying here again. Room was extremely spacious with a bath and shower including shampoo, body wash and bath salts. Excellent idea to have a brita filter in each floor which dispenses both still and sparkling water to prevent single use plastic bottles.

Best stay ever - wish it had been longer
Pros:

Fabulous central location. The staff were absolutely amazing- so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Most professional service we have ever encountered & Pierre was an absolute standout.
